Parking service is horrible just as the other reviews say. You only have 10 MINS to pay for parking either on an out dated app or a broken machine. DO NOT PARK HERE! You will only lose out on another £60 after paying for groceries. Morrisons is officially going to lose many customers to come as they don?t even care about their own customers.

Not sure about the Morrison?s, haven?t been inside but this is review is about their parking. It?s disgusting, it?s the classic ?pay within 10 minutes, but we?ll make the way to pay absolute hell and difficult so you get fined at the end? many many same stories here, had to download an app and over the phone doesn?t work and can you imagine someone didn?t have data?! God forbid. You?re better off parking elsewhere.

Fewer staffs that are working there so I opt to use the machine to pay the items

I nip in here for groceries after hospital appointments at nearby King's. So much better quality service than the Lidl, which is a chaotic nightmare to visit. I love that Morrisons have fresh fish, artisan cheeses and all I need.

Nice enough staff but this place gives me a headache.

A great little supermarket in Camberwell. Takes care of all everyday requirements. Including a good selection of wines and beers.

For the customer buying good more than £10(to be confirmed), the car park fee of £2 for 1.5 hours can be claimed back with physical paper receipt from the local payment machine. Please remember not to the payment app as their email receipt is not accepted by Morrisons.

Products to purchase that other supermarkets do not provide. Good prices and customer service. Well recommended. Thank you. Linda

This review is only for the manager woman, her name begins with B she really knows her stuff and compared to the male manager I dealt with her professionalism is 10000x better

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! you only have 10 minutes to pay. The meter is out of service, the telephone automated service did not accept my card, I downloaded the app, set up new account and paid for 2 hours, even though I was only there for one... and still got a PCN for £60 for not paying within 10 minutes!! Impossible to do when the services to pay do not work. Its caught so many people. They must be making a fortune!!

Went to purchase one of those shopping bags of surprise food.I purchased through an app called To Good to Go.When I got there, there wasn't a specific place for me to get assistance. Now, don't forget that I paid for this online. So yes you get a good discount off food, and it's a lot of food but, the food was a couple of days out of date and I was given strawberries and I am very allergic to strawberries. The woman who initially dealt with me said the strawberries could not be exchanged. "No, that's it" she said. But I am quite persistent, and I kept asking until they agreed to exchange the strawberries for another fruit. After all, it's not my fault. So I went home and had a look inside the box and I had a really good think about if I felt good after that experience. No, I did not. The woman made me feel really uncomfortable about buying this box. How dare you get food at a discount? But the young gentleman who dealt with me, gave me some lovely customer service.Would I do this again? No. There shouldn't be a problem "vibe" when you use the app.Edited 20/07/2023What we forget is that "too good to go" helps with poverty, yes, but is essentially about food waste. So the people buying this are not necessarily poor and in need. They should definitely not be stigmatised. And if your organisation truly believes in inclusion, then you must speak to your staff and clarify this. Make things better or lose my custom.
