I came into the store today and asked for a specific item as online it states that it is in stock in bromley. I asked two shop assistants where the item, the first one told me to look in a specific place rather than assisting me to look for the item or checking the stock. The second was abit more helpful, checked the stock which stated there was 1 or 2 left, then she asked her supervisor/senior called Martha. The supervisor said if it?s not in that section, they do not have it.I personally went to ask her, she said ? I can not look around the store for you, all of our stock is out?I said ok so you?re not sure whether it?s here rather than it?s definitely not here. She said I can have a look around.I recently went to Zara on victoria street to look for a last stock item. Their staff were unsure if the item was still in store, but was still extremely helpful and searched the store to find the item for me and I managed to purchase it. The staff at Bromley seem so unbothered and did not come across as if they wanted to help at all.

Unpleasant Experience at Zara Store - Refund PolicyToday, I visited the store and patiently waited on a queue for approximately 30 minutes. Upon reaching the till, I was informed that refunds cannot be processed at that location. To my surprise, there was no clear signage indicating this policy, causing a considerable inconvenience.The situation escalated when I approached the manager, who not only displayed a remarkable level of rudeness but also blatantly lied about the existence of a sign. It was evident that the sign was only placed there after our interaction. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.I believe that honesty and transparency are crucial in customer service. The manager's behavior was not only unprofessional but also reflected poorly on the overall customer experience. I am disappointed by the lack of courtesy and the refusal to address a legitimate refund request.I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur. Customers deserve a respectful and transparent shopping experience.

Very confusing layout. I am talking about the one in Canary wharf. Also self service checkouts is a nightmare with security tags

I went during the Boxing day period and was amazed to see the stock which they have although it seems to be on the corner of the Mall( we missed seeing this outlet for good 2 visits). They do men, women and Kids on the same floor with different till, so overall happy with the store

The Manager is VERY RUDE doesn't smile and behaves unprofessionally. She speaks to Customers like she is doing them a favour. I will never visit it again and neither will my friends and family.

Have said it before, not my favourite retailer. In fact it's my most hated shop. Normally, go only because my wife or daughter go there when we are in Bromley or Bluewater. The staff are generally rude and not at all helpful. No change.

Fitting rooms and store was clean and tidy. Large variety of clothes. Long queue for checkout, but they opened the men?s checkout to make things faster. Lovely customer service! Will be nice if Zara brings back the student discount though!
