I was told by the doctors to go to this pharmacy as they close at 6. I turned up at 5:50 and was told they are shut even though the opening times clearly state they close at 6. They must have wanted an early day. Rude lady shrugged and said ?well you will need to just come back tomorrow?. Dosnt really help me getting what I needed.

When I moved into the local area, I was happy to have a local, friendly chemist. What most people don't realise is how hard the staff work, and put up with abuse from customers. I've always been treated with kindness, and empathy as I have mental health issues. A big thank you to Alice, Sally Abdul, Fay and the team for doing such a good job under stressful conditions. Very happy to know there's an amazing team there.Ricky

Keep closing early. I needed my perscription urgently saturday 21 oct. I was there 7 min before closing. As i walked up towards it ten min before 5.30 the light shut Off as i got there. 5-10 min is important. You dont close! After a cpl min i waved at the people inside but of course they wouldnt open. You shut at closing time. Not early?! Its a pharmacy.

Unfortunately this pharmacy likes to close early. It say open til 6pm but the staff are in a hurry to get home, so closed at 5:50pm. Before this review they had 2.6 stars. Clearly a poorly run business, reflected by its low score.

Clearly this is a very busy chemist, but I've always found the staff to be very helpful and professional; giving good advice.I admit I have sometimes had to wait a while queuing, but we all know the NHS is under pressure and clearly the knock on effect is to chemist as well. I think some of the comments here are harsh, the staff are working as fast as they can and people just need to have patience.

I only use because I work nearby..They Make errors all the time, unhelpfull and rude. Avoid if possible.

Spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone who gave me information about my prescription. I had already spoken to the surgery (unhelpful). The pharmacy are doing the work that the surgery aren?t and are picking up the slack. It?s probably why they?re so busy.

I have been using this pharmacy for years, unfortunately because it is local to me. This place is dreadful, always long queues, delays, disorganised, no one ever answers the phone or it's constantly engaged, I could go on! Avoid if you can and use boots in the high street or anywhere else. Only thing handy about this place is using the post office inside at the same time.

Every time you go in there there?s complete pandemonium and there?s 20 people waiting and 1 member of staff serving and another just aimlessly walking around acting like they don?t know what to do. Just had to wait 25 mins for a prescription when it was dropped in hours ago.

Prescription put in on Thursday morning finally got stuff in Monday late told me too collected it Tuesday went in and was told can't give it to me as pharmacist hasn't turned up.Don't let your prescriptions go there.

I have moved to this chemist as I felt very let down by my last one.They are like a breath of fresh air, I have had no problems collecting, everything is all ready on shelf when I get there and no one saying come back in 4 hours!!!!Well done Wallace Pring staff ?

I've been helped at the chemist on Friday thanks to the young blond girl at the till who proposed to track my prescription and found it. Thanks a lot, helpful and kind young lady.
