I used vision express for the the 1st time & staff were nice & friendly. Both glasses were ready in a week which was quicker than expected. A few days later I realised there was an issue so went back expecting a abit of an issue but to my surprise I spoke to a lovely lady called Krutika who immediately made me feel comfortable (didn't make me feel like I shouldn't complain) she went through everything for me & within a few hours had it all sorted. I would definitely recommend vission express they have a wonderful team, I will stick with them permanently from now on. ?

Me and my son had appointments today at 12:25pm and we arrived around 12:30 and waited in the queue of 6-7 people then we weee told that our appointments were cancelled as we are late for more than 10mins! I do not think this branch is well managed and there is not enough staff. In addition, I had phone calls from Vision express around 5-7 times asking if I would cancel my appointment! What a disappointment. Not friendly and not positive at all. Big disappointment!

Jade and Natalie helped so much!I was struggling with my frame size and they were very understanding!Jade was very helpful and booked an eye test for me and that helped making things clear (no pun intended)Natalie was very patient while I was picking up my frames and even helped me decide which one suited me more!Also, thank you to the blonde optician with a lovely red skirt! She was the one to spot a slight change on my prescription.Thank you, Vision Express team! I'm satisfied ?

Worst customer service. Been on a lense subscription for years, when I asked them to cancel my subscription after my next delivery they misread it and cancelled it altogether. Instead of fixing it they told me to place a new order. Similar things have happened previously, they clearly need training or Specsavers doesn?t know what customer service is.

Sophie (Bromley store) did an amazing job of fixing my glasses during my lunch break. She replaced the missing screw and tightened both ends. Very happy because I love my frames which were quite dear, so didn?t want to have to get new ones. Great job Sophie!!! Thank you.

I had to collect my glasses today in BromleyI was served by Lucus, such a friendly, polite and helpful assistant. Nothing was to much trouble for him, he had great customer service skills, a good sense humour and was very professional.Defiantly a great member of staff that made my visit much more enjoyable..

Everything was perfect from the eye test to the closing of the glasses, one of the staff Sophie was really helpful she was also very quick which saved us alot of time, and the glasses she chose was perfect really appreciated her help.overall service amazing as always thank you
