Great company with great carers! You can truly see that they care for all individuals using the service and go above and beyond to deliver a high level of care to people in their own homes.

I cannot begin to say how lovely all the carers were when looking after my mother. They really did go above and beyond, no matter what they always came in smiling which was contagious and always meant that my mother was smiling even in her final days. We couldn't have kept our Mother at home to pass away the way she wanted without the Tucare team they truly are angels. The office team were always on hand to advise and although sometimes it wasn't what we wanted to hear they were honest with us and we know that they had our Mother's and the carers best interest at heart. I cannot thank the whole team enough.

TuCare are great; their carers have been helping my very elderly parents for a couple of years now. They are helpful, flexible professional and considerate and do their best to solve life's problems in a caring and kind way.

I used this company a year ago my mother was showing signs of servere dementia and had trouble looking after herself and her dog , tu care were employed for two 45 minute lunchtime sessions a week, they complained that my mother was not clearing up after her dog properly, as she had dementia symptoms and the company was supposed to have excellent dementia care i was confused as to why they would find my mothers behaviour strange. T u care bowed out after two weeks saying their carers would not put up with the mess, they then reported my mum to the rspca, my mothers gold wedding ring disappeared we have never found it. My mother turned out to be suffering from stage four lung cancer that had gone to her brain . She ended up in a home and a six weeks later passed away. It was a very stressful time and I felt we had just been dumped , it was to much trouble for them to help. I hope they help anyone reading this better than than they helped my mum, I still feel so guilty and should of moved in with her instead of letting strangers in her home.

I can not emphasis how amazing this company and their carers are. They are looking after my mother, now bed bound for several months, in a way that goes above and beyond "the call of duty". Thank you so much.
