I never go to anyone because this store is the best Timpsons in the area.Other Timpsons staff does not smile or have any people skills however Akeem is friendly and always positive. Love coming here thank you for all your services Akeem.

Took my Gucci watch into the Bromley branch for the battery to be changed, very nice young man took it, said go to do my shopping in Sainsburys and to come back in 10 minutes so I did, when I arrived back at the hut, the young man explained to me had put to much pressure on the machine when putting my watch back together and he broke it. I was upset but understood, he was very apologetic and explained he would be getting it fixed for free and he?d have it back to me within 2 weeks. 3 weeks go by and I don?t hear anything, I call the shop and was told it?s been sent off for an estimate for repair with Gucci and can take 6 weeks. I explained this wasn?t what was I told, the gentleman then told me that the notes say they?ve been waiting on Gucci for the past 3 weeks to get back to them. Meaning the repair hasn?t even started yet. In this time I?ve had no contact by anyone. I then contact head office/customer service by email for some explanation, they then tell me it?s going to be up to 8 weeks until I get my watch back and repaired and apologised. But that?s it, nothing else, lots of we?re sorry this is happening to you , please contact us if you need anything, but what good is that? What I need is my watch fixed and given back to me. Communication is what was needed here, your staff broke my watch, gave me incorrect repair information, twice, and now I just have to sit and wait for my own watch to be returned to me. If I was told originally it?s going to take 3 weeks to speak to Gucci, another 8 weeks for repair I would of said absolutely not and spoken to head office directly demanding a better service. They should be trying all ways to find or do something else, but nothing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, will never use again

Akeem was very good and was able to reattach the soles of my shoes after they came off. He also had a friendly manner and I came away with a smile on my face. I can absolutely recommend this store!

Yeyyy Akeem! This review is long overdue but Akeem is a legend. I had a dumb moment and thought my car key battery was dead so he changed the battery super quick but it turned out I was trying to open someone else's car! Anyway we had a good laugh and he didn't charge me for my stupidity! Thank you Akeem! Much appreciated

I received excellent service at your Bromley branch on Friday 4th August. One of the wheels had snapped off my suitcase but the bolt remained in place, meaning I couldn't remove it to attach a new wheel.The very friendly and polite gentleman running your store that afternoon went above and beyond to remove the bolt for me. He's saved me from having to pay out a couple of hundred pounds for a new suitcase, as I'll now be able to attach a new wheel.Thank you Timpson's Bromley - I always get such brilliant service at your shop!

I went to get a few keys cut today. Akeem greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming and knowledgeable. AKeem customer service was outstanding. Shop was clean and well presented. I will definitely recommend Akeem to others.
