I was in the other day and had the pleasure of being attended to by the lovely Shereen! She provided excellent customer service & was very informative about any questions I had regarding tariffs & devices and steered me in the right direction for what I wanted. She is a credit to the store and business and would highly recommend visiting this store based on my experience with her!

My husband and I have tried to renew our phones that we have had in Three for many years, and the person who assisted us doesn?t care how long we had three, He didn?t want to work just sent us to Apple to buy the phones. He even made aby effort to try to offer us something to continue with Three. It is a shame. And no professional at all.

Due to the Vodaphone merger as PAYGo currently faulty with top up and add one. As need to add on this weekend and no guarantee of them fixing it, suggested an alternative way to carry on with phone as usual without having to pay standard charges until fix. Pleased it was sorted in store as no way could it be done over the phone.

Incredible awful experience with the staff today afternoon, when you visit the store at least you expect to someone to try to sort out any issue you might have but no, completely ignored, no one else in there, 3 staff doing nothing, I had to tell them what I was advised over the live chat but they were so uninterested that at the end I left, they might be good at selling so they earn any commission but to sort out any issues no. Hope this gets reviewed and those young guys and girl might understand one day what a real Customer Service is. Poor them.

Rubbish service from store. Staff were unhelpful and even rude. Not trying to understand what we were trying to explain and just repenting same story again and again and also raisings voice while talking and disrespectfully to my wife. I have valid UK driving license and what they say is they cant accept my ID. Don't know how come UK license is not valid ID. I just went there to get replacement sim card. All my details were same and still they cant accept my ID.

Then once I had pick the one I wanted the guy picked up the card machine and left me standing there for 5 more minutes while it looked like he was talking to his colleague who was with another customer.Just a quick "hi there, I'll be right with you" goes a long way
