Went in to the store and was looking at perfumes. 2 people serving and I was just checking the perfumes before I jumped in the queue. The young guy was serving and said this is on offer and I asked if they had then one I was looking for, he said no. So again I was just looking and he offered more help. The blonde lady told me to get in the que and I said I was just looking and asked for no help and she just rolled her eyes. Extremely rude.

I don't understand why this store closes early, it puts in the schedule that it ends at 6:30 from Monday to Friday and I went yesterday Thursday at 6:12 and it was already closed, I don't understand, it's not the first time What happens they always close the doors half an hour before with a key.

I went at ten past six and this store was already closed, I don't understand why the door says half past six, but they close at 6:10 or many times before the hour.

Beware of these employees (Savers, BR1 1NA, Bromley). They charged me twice for the same product. Which didn't make me very happy.

Staff at counter were obviously instructed to push perfumes onto clients at the till, making me wait 10+ mins to pay for a headband. I had no time to eat my lunch. Was very hungry and already struggling to eat. I also don't like having to walk all the way around to reach the middle isle. Good prices and polite staff.

Went to Bromley branch cashier bagged all my goods but left my eye mist in the basket yet I was charged. Tried to call it goes to there Downham branch no one could help. Tried to look for email address cannot find. Not happy ?Personal went into the shop they gave me the eye drops....Happy now

Never thought to review before but after visiting the Lewisham branch and being totally unimpressed with the service, it was only right to recognise the great service I get from the staff at Downham. Well done guys and rhank you.

Wide range of products, clean, reasonably priced, polite, friendly & helpful staff. Also if queues are long, it moves very quickly!My only problem the Bromley Road branch does not carry alcohols and I love my ginger wine!I love Savers!

The atmosphere in this store is so friendly. Staff are hard working and genuinely try to help and engage respectfully with customers. It's nice to live by a small savers that has a bit of everything from each department, from makeup and skincare to vitamins and household cleaning products.

An exceptionally well-run branch of this national chain. Great COVID-safe measures in place. A very pleasant shopping experience aided by very helpful and cheery staff.
