The manager at this store has 0 customer service and interpersonal skills, is the most jobs worth person I think I?ve ever spoke to. I honestly have never been so enraged by such a passive human.

Went to stock up on my products today and the girls were so helpful. Honestly couldn?t ask for better service and advice. They really took their time with my million questions. Thanks girls Always tidy and well stocked aswell.

Bought a wahl senior clipper from here stopped working in 6 months and wouldn?t replace it for me even though I had a receipt.. won?t be buying from here again extremely rude staff.. unwilling to help in anyway accused me of tampering with the clippers! Wouldn?t even give them a star tbh

Awful experiance this morning. I am currently heavily pregnant and politely asked to use the toilet as I couldn?t hold it. My baby is breech so I have a lot of pressure on my bladder and it can be painful. I was using the store as I have for the past 20 years so didn?t think this would be a problem. Well it was ?. The manager due to regulations told me flatly NOThere was no compassion, I was told to ask next door in the next shop if ?I needed to go that badly ?I will never use that wholesalers againNasty women with a bad attitude. I had to drive and find somewhere I was In tears and in painThanks for your customer service never again !!!!I wonder if having your hair done whilst your at work is allowed in your regulations ? Will be taking this further

Small shop, not much item but good. You need this shop if you are a professional hairdresser. Differed hair product stuff.Very helpful staffs!Though this is a COVID-19 review, therefore not much items.

I was served at this store by a lady named Joanne M. As I entered the store, I was told I am unable to enter without a face mask which is fair enough since it is a requirement. I then noticed a number of other customers entered the store without face masks and weren't instructed to do the same. I was in the store for up to 30 minutes without anyone approaching me to help, I asked Joanne for some assistance but she just pointed in the direction of the products and shrugged her shoulders. She also proceeded to say "I don't know, you just have to look over there in that section". She went to assist the other customers in the store who had been there after me, approaching with what you would expect decent customer service to be. She didn't want to serve me, she was responding with a terrible attitude and it made me feel horrible. I don't think she is capable of doing her job correctly and if she is to continue working there, she will need to be taken off the shop floor and trained.
