A very shoddy company these days.They've had my item just sitting in bromley since Thursday now, was supposed to be delivered Thursday as I paid for next day. Now its Monday and no update. I will think twice about buying anything now which uses royal fail.Avoid at all costs if you can. This company is very much finished in the modern world.

When they're actually open, they're usually friendly and can quickly find the mail they haven't delivered. Actual day to day delivery is shocking though. We're at the end of a round which seldom seems to be completed, so the post just gets taken for a daily walk before ending back at the sorting office. Currently waiting for a parcel which had "delivery attempted" yesterday (no it wasn't, I was in specifically waiting for the parcel) and I have no real hope of it arriving today. It was sent a week ago for "48 hour" delivery - why the sender still uses Royal Mail I've no idea. Worse than Yodel now, which I didn't know was possible.

Quite shocking. For the past three days there has been no one there so they just don?t open the post office. How is it possible you don?t open during official opening hours due to ?no cover?. Unacceptable for such a key service many are reliant on. Don?t get me started on the ridiculous opening hrs. Poor service at this post office, if you can even call it that.

Opening hours changed yet again, luckily I checked before going. It?s 5pm on Friday and surprise surprise the sorting office is closed. It is stated as being open between 4-6pm on Fridays. No note nor apology on the window. There is nothing ?Royal? about the Royal Mail?s service anymore. It should be renamed to National Mail to rhyme with the National Rail, the service is equally bad. Just shameful.

NO MAIL FOR NEARLY TWO WEEKS AGAIN!!! Disgusting performance from a company that cannot keep to its contract to customers. We need to replace the incompetent idiot who is managing this business. Just employ more staff and pay what needs to be paid to them. You have a duty to your customers and the managing staff should be held responsible for this failing. You should be utterly ashamed of your conduct.

We don't get mail for weeks, I'm missing hospital appointments, pcn's, no birthday cards on my latest birthday. The manager clearly enjoys inconveniencing people. Good job this isn't france or those vans would be a right mess!! The manager should manage correctly....

Please can you activate an alarm or switch off . There is a message spoken repeatedly and really loudly all night long. Please can whoever is locking up or responsible for setting alarms ensure this doesn't keep happening. Thanks from everyone living nearby.

I have waited in allday for a parcel that was due to be delivered today between 7.30am & 7.30pm a cording to my tracking number & it hasn't arrived,the royal mail delivery service is appalling

In our postcode of BR1 5HT, we were without a postal letter delivery for over 3 weeks, and we have had to collect our mail on many occasions over the last 3-4 MONTHS. Now I find that a parcel delivery for me was not left on Friday, despite there being a manager on site all day, and me leaving a note next to my entry bell, requesting parcels to be delivered to my neighbour. There was no card left for me either, and now I have been informed bymessage that my parcels are 'Awaiting Collection. This is just not good enough when elderly and vulnerable people are involved.

Waited 15 minutes to get a package returned, a process that takes 5 seconds. The queue was only 10 people.When it was my turn and I had already taken the initiative to scan to print my barcode, I was told I "should have put that label on the package" as if it's my job?The work ethic at this place is zero.

In BR2 9PB my neighbours and I have had no letter post for about 2 weeks. I've just spoken to the postman and asked if I could go up to the sorting office to collect my mail. He said there was no point as it wasn't in the racks. He said Royal Mail are principally a parcel delivery service now and not to expect any letter post until after Christmas. Gulp
