“Don't understand that many negative reviews where people are complaining about post office being understaffed. After reading the low rated reviews, I was in two minds whether to go to the Chislehurst branch instead. To avoid the commute, I went to this branch on a weekday at 13:00. Staff were working on four counters. Yes the queue was big but it's situated on a busy high street so that's expected. The staff were all doing a fantastic job and they were attending to all customers without any delays. I went specifically to use the driving licence renewal service. No appointment required. Sarah from the staff assisted me and she was very helpful. I was in and out in exactly 16 minutes (including the queuing time) with all job done, can't get any quicker than that.”
