sarah the manager lacks customer skills and is extremely rude ! i had not seen the reviews before visiting,yet i?m seeing a lot of reviews talking about her in particular which is no surprise! i came in to exchange my travel money, and after queuing for near enough 30 mins and getting to the front of the line, i was told to que up all over again because she ?was busy?,yet she was just gossiping with one of the other workers.This was extremely disappointing to see as the other workers were struggling to serve the customers with pace,and instead of helping,she just sat there gossiping and laughing in the corner with one of the other workers. I decided to go up to her to ask calmly why she couldn?t serve me when she was just talking after i had qued for 30 mins, and she started shouting that ?she is doing her job? and is ?clearly busy?.Very disgusted with the lack of customer service skills,especially because she is the manager.Will not be coming here again !!!

Kindest and hardest working staff. Shame on people for calling them bad or rude. Had absolute 5 star service and I came 5 min before closing. Thank you.

Sarah the manager she's extremely rude and no customer service manners at all.I think they forget that we can hear it from the other side of the glass and she makes pretty obvious that she's making comments about the customers.For a manager she's got a lot to learn

Don't understand that many negative reviews where people are complaining about post office being understaffed. After reading the low rated reviews, I was in two minds whether to go to the Chislehurst branch instead. To avoid the commute, I went to this branch on a weekday at 13:00. Staff were working on four counters. Yes the queue was big but it's situated on a busy high street so that's expected. The staff were all doing a fantastic job and they were attending to all customers without any delays. I went specifically to use the driving licence renewal service. No appointment required. Sarah from the staff assisted me and she was very helpful. I was in and out in exactly 16 minutes (including the queuing time) with all job done, can't get any quicker than that.

Nothing has changed here for years. If it's not just the letter you can post on the machine do not bother. You'll wait long minutes. You can make new friends or learn how to knit whilst waiting. It is advisable to bring your own picnic.

Went in to renew driving licence and got told they don't do it on Sunday as they only have one person working, poor management planning shift patterns. No notices online or in branch saying this. Lady on desk seemed less motivated then a dead salmon.

Queue formed while the two staff on the currency counter sat gossiping. Asked them if they were serving, woman said yes but evidently neither had bothered to press the next customer button because that would have interrupted their natter. Looked over my shoulder as I left and they had both done the same again, resumed chit chat and not bothered to call the next person in the queue. Weird.

The manageress of this post office isSo helpful recently helping me renew my driving license where other postOffices could not. She?s clearly going the extra mile and takes pride in helping her customers which sadly is rare nowadays.

Never enough people serving. Not even on a Saturday afternoon or when everyone leaves work. The busiest times. Always have to wait for about 40 mins. Awful. I feel sorry for the staff who are massively overworked.

Went in there around 4-5pm on a regular weekday with something silly like large letter to send (needed tracking nr though). The queue was long 10+ people, all the self serving machines were off & only 2 cashiers positions were open. Don't get me wrong, both ladies were super nice & as fast as they can be but I must have spent there 40mins before I got to the window!! With people sighing, quietly cursing & rolling their eyes at each other, it was exhausting!! Really terrible.***Royal Mail, get your act together! There are 6 (I think) cashier positions available inside but 4 seem to be out of use. I get the cuts & austerity but this is Bromley High Street, it's busy all the time.What a waste of time!
