The two ocassions I?ve used this Post Office I?ve had difficulties with the man serving there. He?s very rude and inappropriate. Rather insulting that there?s a big sign at the counter saying rudeness will not be tolerated etc. Maybe he should take note!Last time I visited he took ages to serve people queuing and kept making mistakes. When it got to my turn I had some parcels to post and he attempted to overcharge me by around £5 and argued with me when I pointed out his mistake. Or was it? After telling me I was wrong and becoming aggressive in his tone I then had to ask him to look at the breakdown where he then soon realised he had in fact overcharged me. He humiliated and embarrassed me in front of other customers waiting to be served and he grumbled under his breath and made rude comments. I returned there today to post a card as I was passing and I needed to collect a payment due from the local authority. This was a text with a code and instructions to take to any Post Office for payout of £60. I showed him the text and he said his system was not accepting it. Furthermore he said if it accepted the code I?d need ID which is not the case as I?ve received these payments numerous times before and there is no instruction to show ID as there?s no name on the code etc. After refusing to pay me claiming his system was not recognising the code I went to another nearby Post Offive at Grove Park where I was paid immediately after showing them the same code without any issues. This is further evidence that this man should not be working at the Post Office. He makes mistakes and isn?t providing the service that meets the requirements by the Post Office.I shall avoid this PO in future. It?s a shop that is clearly very unorganised and it looks very grubby and messy. The shelves are half empty and poorly organised and there are a mix of odd items here and there. Behind the PO counter itself there are files and documents in a disorderly fashion. The Post Office should pay this branch a visit, I think it would be shut down immediately. This man clearly cannot do the job at the expense of the customers and local people.

This place is easily the worst post office or local shop I?ve seen. Rude staff who do not want to do anything. Post office need to look at closing this or getting someone else to take over.

Service was absolutely disgusting. The male on duty was on the phone the whole time, mid way through his conversation he mumbled the systems was down which I then asked if they was able to be rebooted as I wanted to post today. He said it doesn't matter as he's closing in 5 minutes anyway. He left me stood as I waited to ask another question while he was discussing his dinner plans on the phone . After confronting him he laughed about me on the phone as a young woman it made me feel very uncomfortable. Turns put its not the first time the systems went down near closing according to old reviews. I usually go to whs Smith post office in Bromley they are lovely!

We sent a parcel the last week with my passport inside to the government offices, the letter didn´t arrive yet and the tracking number was lost. When I come back to the post office with my receipt they said they can´t help me unless it happens on the same day, and in a very rude way, they say it wasn´t their problem. I would like to know if this is normal behavior in the Royal Mail.I can´t belive the lack of emphaty and the rude behaviur this awful people provide

Undertstand most of your views, but this man was seriously mugged and attacked in his post office, he spent a long time in hospital, i think then he lost his sense of humour and became an angry man, he's never been rude to me, I just promise I will bring in some wine gums for him, and it brightens his day....

Can only add to others comments regarding the rudeness and weirdness of this godforsaken outpost. However, the strange disused fridges with enormous toys in them may be worth a visit for the true enthusiast. Vibes of Royston Casey. Don't touch the snow globes ?

I couldn?t agree more with the comments on here. A morbid & depressing experience, and a rude & unhappy man. Don?t waste your time/energy giving him any business.

Dates on food and drink definitely need to be checked before buying in the off licence, but I?ve never had any problems at all with the post office

Don't send your parcels here! Never open, rude, inconvenient. Completely avoid. The shop looks rubbish, has barely any lights on, no parcels and the guy is rude.

Every visit to this Londis & Post Office is a morbid experience. The owner is rude and unhelpful. No wonder people choose to go elsewhere.

Very rude man and condescending, I only wanted to post a package second class. Won?t be using this post office again.

This post office gave me the worst experience concerning my package. I do not know how they allow them to keep this shop open as they can cause only trouble to the costumers.

Such a rude man runs this post office. You are pretty much guaranteed to get an insult from him every time you go in there, or he moans like you are putting him out when all you want to do is post one thing. I?ve now decided to avoid it at all costs. Oh yeah and I?m pretty sure he bumps up the price to what it should actually be, as it never matches what is stated on the Royal Mail website. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!!!!
