I was served by Abbie and she was brilliant! She took her time in showing me the different charms and walked me through the process of the new engraving service. She was very attentive and friendly and this will definitely be my go to branch because of her service and professionalism.

Can never fault the staff here. Even when really busy, they maintain a level of friendliness and politeness. Very helpful. No hard sell either, especially if you're not sure what you want.

I was served by Kaela today and she was such a lovely staff member. I was really indecisive and I wasn?t sure what I want, but she helped me with my choices and stayed really friendly although it took me some time to decide. She was incredible and I hope I get to be served by her again next time I go there!

I came to exchange or fix my damaged charms to this store today and Aleyna was extremely helpful. Unfortunately I couldn?t get the same ones anymore and I thought the repair time is just too long for me, but I?ve got them exchanged and she recommended some very useful stuffs as clips as an addition to my bracelet. And on the top of that she was very chatty and highly intelligent as well. Pleasant sales assistant, I?m very happy now. Thanks for your help!

I came in with my daughter to buy a sentimental gift for a friend who lost a family member. Christina was the lady that served us, I found her very unhelpful getting out the charms was an issue and she commented she was from the blue water team. I felt rushed and settled for less than I wanted

I was in the Bromley store this afternoon and waited for about 15 minutes for ? express checkout? for click and collect. And that was after I spoke to someone and also told them I wanted to purchase another item as well . A different member of staff came to help once I received my order and I then asked I wanted to purchase something else and was told to join the queue that was out the door.!! If I had gone in the original queue I would have been at the front of the normal queue by the time a member of staff came. I was told I could have collected and ordered together. Even the manager Stettana was unhelpful.This was unacceptable customer service. Absolutely disgusting

My wife ordered and paid online for a bracelet charm. Having received notification that the item was ready for collection in store, we made the journey to Bromley (Glades). As always, there was a queue which never appears to move. Having stood by the sign by the shop entrance which read ' Click & Collect Express Queue' and being ignored by the staff, my wife joined the main queue. Eventually, having got fed up with standing in a queue which was going nowhere, she approached a woman who appeared to be a manageress, only to be told that the 'click and collect' system had broken down. The woman confirmed that the item was in the store but couldn't give it to my wife although it had been paid for. She said that she couldn't help my wife further and that she would have to come back to the store. So we have an item which has been paid for which is in the store but the member of staff refuses to hand it to the customer because their computer system is at fault. Presumably Pandora are going to pay the cost of the petrol for the extra journey? No, I thought not. The item ordered was requested by a female relative as a Christmas present. In future I will suggest to the females in my family to choose something from another retailer.

I have visited this store several times and found the staff to be unfriendly and unapproachable. Most recently I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable, I asked twostaff members for help and was told to ask another member of staff at the till.(two staff one of which was serving) One smiled at me as if she was going to assiststood hand on hip, without actually doing anything and said I had to queue loud enough for the manager to then said I will serve you. I walked out. I have worked in retail management for over 25 years and would never be so unprofessional and rude to a customer. I did ring the store manager to complain and asked to return, but I would not go back. Like they were doing me a favour,really! Customers have a choice of where they shop, the concept of business is service. Obviously not at this store. Ps I have visited other stores and felt satisfied with the service just not Bromley, totally wrong attitude.
