I ordered a non cheese burger meal foe my Son in the drive through.However when we got home the meal contained cheese which we threw away.We tried calling but there was no awnser.We ordered another mea today.And spoke to the manageress Dione who offered us a ice cream for the inconvenience.Thanks again Dione for all your help and not understanding.

My Mum uses this McDonald's occasionally and more often than not receives cold and undercooked food.Tonight however upon attempting to return a cold burger with a bite from it, the manager became very aggressive towards her, and for the longest time refused the refund.The manager came out to my mum's car to dispute the cold burger, my mum got out of the car to talk to her and the manager got very inside my mum's personal space, at one point touching her and moving her out of the way at the by the tills.After, the dispute has made its way inside the restaurant, two young female customers started recording the whole thing, demanding my "old woman" mother apologise for wanting a refund.The manager, had a terrible attitude with my mum insisting she had eaten "half the burger" which was missing two small bites from it, and did not interject with the young girls, filming my mother and attempting to escalate the situation. One of the young girls apologised on behalf of my mum to the manager, before shouting insults as my mum left. The manager had a grin on her face.Mum came home distraught.Avoid this "restaurant."

Sometimes they don't customise the food accurately but instead they take bits off already cooked meals. e.g when removing onions Still, they get it right 85% of the time.I use the app now, which makes customising means and collecting food more straightforward.The Old Bromley guys aren't too bad. Give 'em a go!

Normally the service is good but unfortunately on this occasion I was waiting for my food, a Chinese woman who was serving looked at me aggressively and very rude, to add to that the chips were stale.I wonder why the place is always empty.I was going through the drive-in

3rd time in my life ordering online from this place and I swear it was the last time... Every single time some items are missing.. medium fries instead of large... and food arrived cold even though its a 5min drive for the delivery guy from the restaurant to my house. It must have been sitting on the counter for 10min getting cold... horrible.

By far the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to, you are making people late for work, I have had to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee for the last three days, only to take a sip to find it lukewarm, this branch haven?t got a clue what they?re doing, the service is absolutely appalling. Desperately needs new management and a culture change. Awful.

Such a cold late night order collected via drive through and they forgot the chilli dip which has been paid for, realised it when I am home. It was dead quiet in that place and very disappointed about this.
