Disappointing Experience at Massimo Dutti Bromley Store, Utter lack of Customer Service and OrganisationI recently visited your store and my experience was far from satisfactory, marred by a notable lack of customer service and organisational issues.Upon entering the store, I approached a staff member who could assist me and when I enquired about a pair of shoes that were supposedly in stock, the response was disheartening. Despite the claim of availability, the staff member could only locate one-half of the pair, showcasing a level of disorganisation that was both surprising and disappointing.This lack of attention to detail left me frustrated, wondering if other stock items were equally misrepresented. In a world where customers expect accuracy and efficiency, such oversights are inexcusable.Furthermore, the negative demeanour of a staff member who appeared to be shadow me during my visit was utterly distasteful. As a potential customer ready to spend money in the store, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. A more positive and respectful approach to customer interaction is crucial for fostering a pleasant shopping environment.Had the staff been more attentive and focused on providing quality customer service, they might have realised that I was patiently waiting for them to locate the missing half of a pair of shoes they claimed were in stock. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of Massimo Dutti's inventory management and the overall commitment to customer satisfaction within the establishment.In a world where there is fierce competition among various brands offering similar products, I am certain other independently owned stores might provide a more welcoming and customer-centric experienceI hope that the management addresses these concerns to ensure a more positive shopping experience for future customers however not with myself.

Honestly, very poor service. Not sure what is the purpose of staff, wandering around ....00 attention or attempt to help. Very disappointed.

Rude and aggressive manager, who was extremely unhelpful when trying to return an item. Also lots of staff milling around the store but all seem to be allergic to the tills..

I recently visited this Massimo Dutti branch to exchange a suit with marks on it, which I had purchased from another branch in London. The staff at this shop were incredibly helpful and efficient. They promptly informed me of the expected arrival date for the replacement stock and quickly processed the exchange. The workers were kind and attentive throughout the process, making it a hassle-free experience. I highly recommend this branch for their excellent service and quick resolution of customer issues.

Dear Massimo DuttiI do have doubts on your confidence at he D&I topics. I?m the one who has suffered microagression from your staff, this was not just a bad customer service. The fact that you operate internationally, it doesn?t give you more credit on the topics of D&I. And I?m not saying all your staffs are like this, I go to Sloane Square branch, and they are all very decent and polite. Your reply here sounds very vague and irresponsible to me - a regular customer. And as a customer, this is not satisfied at all.Have you investigated on the matter? Have you had any conversation with the Bromley staffs who works in that day?If this is not something you are willing to digging deeper and finding out what had happened, I don?t mind share my expectations with wider groups in social media.And of course, as a loyal MD customer, I don?t have to buy anything from you from now on, until you are willing to discuss and face the matter with an appropriate manner instead vague words. Please do not reply me if that?s all you can do.??????I have suffered microaggression from one of the shop staff today while I was shopping there today. I needed help on one of the sales item, when I approached and asked her, she wasn?t even looking at my, only looking at the further infinity, and she didn?t answer my question at all, I thought she didn?t hear me. So I asked again about the price of the item on sales, her answers was ? yes they are on sales, there is a price? ( of course I knew there is a price but that not the sales red label price!) And then she reluctantly checked price after I insisted. However, during the whole process, she wasn?t engaged and looked at me at all while talking to me. I felt quite horrible, but I thought that was her working style? Until I saw her in such a completely different style while a white female asked her another item on sales. She was looking at the lady and quite engaging. Nowadays people usually well educated on D&I, I rarely have such an experience for years. I cannot figure out What was the difference between me and that white female other than the races. Her exclusionary behaviors made me feel really horrible so I have to speak up.

Great products and always really good and professional customer service. My go to place when shopping in Bromley. Just wish they had a larger selection like their bigger stores.

Worst customer service I've ever received in my life. It's lovely being shouted at by a power controlling freak manager who likes being aggressive and downright disgusting to customers. Will not be buying from this company again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Like other customers had a horrible experience with the manager. He was rude, condescending and when I pointed out that he could not speak to me in that manner he then choice to say ? do I want a refund or not??. Will never shop with this company again.

Such a disappointing customer experience. Tried to return an item bought as a gift and the Manager did not handle the situation in a polite or professional manner - very dismissive and brash. This shop is not welcoming of people of colour! Update - Massimo Dutti replied to my comment providing an email address which I have responded. Massimo replied to my email with no solution just a list of platitudes so I will not be recommending this shop!

They have a nice range of clothing with some very stylish items. It is on the expensive side but the sales are worth a look if your budget doesn't match with the non sale prices.
