Came into the store today, Alice has been absolutely amazing and patient. Great customer service honestly, without a question; when sizes was not fitting she would happily help me out with recommendations and different styles, went above and beyond and honestly such a kind girl. What an amazing ASSET to the company.

Excellent service from Lil Tom who helped explain all the women's Jean styles and fits to help me find the right sizes and washes I liked. Very helpful staff and something for everyone at Levi's.

It's not a cheap shop as you have Primark on the high street, but the staff is very helpful. There was also a promotion happening when we visited (that a member of the staff let me know when I was about to pay) with 3 for 2, my daughter got 3 pairs of jeans for £200.

Good Quality jeans however no ladies jeans in the long length, I was advised to order on line, which don't help when you want to purchase then and there so I went else where and purchased my jeans, Which was much cheaper and of good quality and value for money, I guess every little helps during this difficult time with the coast of living so very expensive.

I was in here yesterday and received the best assistant ever. I think his name was KY ? He spent time with me choosing and going out of his way to find the sizes for me. He is an asset yo the store. I did tell Tom and z female assistant.
