Fantastic service from the very knowledgeable Margaret. Their machine confirmed my very wide awkward small feet. Even though boots were not in stock in store , Margaret was able to order them and they fit perfectly thanks to her recomendations. Have since bought leanne 11 shoes online.

Only one staff member first time I went in, gave up waiting. Went back later and found sandals I wanted but too pricey and confusion over online prices in comparison. The website is dreadful which is why I went in store but even they seemed confused over their own product prices! Never going to hotter again .

Went to buy shoes for my husband as he has very wide feet and other problems.He went specifically to get his feet size measured i was told there was nothing available in the shop or on line for his feet.Very disappointed .Having to go from sutton to Bromley to be told this.
