I was going to this place for years for waxing but will never return after my last visit.I told her the wax was too hot and she just blew it and still put it on including already waxed areas that would be even more sensitive to the heat of the wax! She also had a very strange technique which was very painful and uncomfortable. I?ve been waxing for years and this is the first time I ever needed to scream! Not impressed and they?ve lost a customer. Wish they had the old therapists back!Service: Body waxing

Asked for round, got stiletto. Wanted acrylics and then had them cut so short because my nail bed was apparently too short for long nails. This was told to me halfway through the procedure. Had to pay full price whilst being convinced half way through the procedure it was going to look how I wanted it too by the end. I asked for French tips (brown) and I got kitten nails with red tips. And the worst thing was I was told I had to have my nails short cause of my short nail bed and they all broke off in less than a week - which is the shortest time I?ve ever had acrylics last (normally 3/4 weeks). The managed to squeeze me in they said, I came in and it wasn?t busy at all. It?s so hard finding a reliable nail technician.Services: Acrylic nails

Went for waxing. I was expecting it to hurt, what I wasn?t expecting was the lack of empathy. I was crying (I have sensory sensitivities) and the woman told me that I need to grow up, and that girls of 18 are able to cope with this procedure.I know I have a low pain tolerance- I am neurodivergent, I wasn?t expecting to be shamed for it.Then she made me stop. Are they always so callous?

Very good service and very good value for moeny. I went in for a quick manicure and pedicure on a walk in and they were happy to take me. My manicure has not scratched in the slightest and it's been more than two weeks

I've always come here since living in bromley. Never had a problem with the salon/staff. One time I felt mugged off when I brought my own products for them to use on myself and they still charged me. I wouldnt of done it for free anyways put considering they charged me full price to use my own products was muggy.

Technician did not wear a mask, The worst part was she wiped her dripping nose onto her wrist and then coughed a few times into her elbow. I was only getting gels taken off and really needed them done so that is why I didn?t walk out. Thinking back now I wish I did. My nails also feel awful as I found out later you?re supposed to pre soak them before using the electric file. Not happy.

This is a walk in hairdressers. I have had my hair coloured and cut, several times here! Always been pleased with the result. This is not a fancy hairdressers, no cups of tea etc, but they dont charge fancy prices!
