Staff have helped my father with his prescriptions on many occasions. When he was given a new inhaler by his GP but only prescribed the refill ( no device), they were fantastic.

don't like to normally write reviews yesterday on the 28th June I walked in to this pharmacy and I'm pregnant. I'm not hard to miss. You can believe that. The woman basically refuse to serve me. It felt very personal and I have no idea why. I was in a rush as I was going to a funeral and my husband had to come out of the car to see why I was taking so long. She was talking to another woman who already been served practically pretending she was busy which I know for a fact. And while we're standing by the till waiting to be served by her, she just ignored me and asked my husband what he wanted. He walked in there after me and he wasn't even waiting to be served. When she realised she had to serve she took her sweet time just flat out unprofessional. I don't expect anything from her she clearly did not like me all I expect from her is to do her Job that's All

Had an appointment with the pharmacist, Grace. Couldn?t get GP appointment so paid about £7 for this service. Excellent care and advice. Swabs done, treatment plan and follow up advice given. Highly recommend. Appointment lasted about 45 mins so great value. Thank you Grace.

This pharmacy just lost another two long-standing clients today. New pharmacist needs to learn some basic interpersonal skills. Manners cost nothing, my dear. The rest of the long-serving and loyal staff are an absolute delight to deal with but are rather let down by the latest (rather self-important) new arrival!
