“I attended Hobbs Bromley today to return an online purchase and to purchase a dress from their new collection. I was served by an Asian lady, and regrettably forgot to get her name, but she was extremely accomodating and so very helpful!! As they did not have the dress in size in store, she proceeded to go above and beyond and ring all shops I could get to to ensure I got the dress for a wedding tomorrow. I am happy Hobbs Bromley still exists as it has always been my go to place locally for great quality garments and service, without having to travel into the City on weekends!!”

“I popped in looking for a specific Prada Perfume for a friend’s birthday gift and a member of staff by the name of Marcia, helped me locate it. She was very patient, friendly and informative. Even offered to help me wrap the gift at their wrapping section. Excellent customer service.”
