Awful treatment of customers by the owner and staff. Rose yelled at me when I tried to book a collection and then hanged up the phone to my face. Absolutely shocking. Raised a complaint and ask for a manager call back which never happened. I had to call back only to land to the owner who received the message of call back but couldn?t care less about reaching out to the customer. Tried to raise a complaint at that point and the first words that the owner said were to defend and justify the staff without even taking my complaint seriously. Not once he told me that he was sorry about the complaint and that he was going to investigate, as it should be done. Instead, his first words were ?I dont believe you and we always do everything right?, completely disregarding the events of my complaint. Awful customer care and an owner who couldn?t care less when his customers, from whom he makes a living, have issues created by his staff. I will never ever go to Belmont again.
