I recently visited Argos in Bromley to purchase a smartwatch, and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. The lady working at the collection point was incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient, making my shopping experience truly delightful.From the moment I arrived at the collection point, the staff member greeted me with a friendly smile and a willingness to assist. She patiently listened to my queries about the smartwatch and provided clear and helpful answers. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident as she guided me through the purchasing process, ensuring that I made an informed decision.

Unfortunately Sainsburys have decided to lease their car park out to sharks. I went into the Argos within the Sainsburys to collect an item. I was whacked with parking fine. I even have the receipt of picking the item up in the store and they refused to accept this. Will never come here again.

I just have to say that I love this concession within Sainsbury's so much. Most of this is due to the staff members and this is why I keep coming here. There is a lovely guy there called Conor who should really be manager, he knows everything inside out, remembers all customers information and he is so warm and friendly that he makes you never want to leave. Also, there is a lovely man called Kevin who is always so happy and nothing is any problem for him. Some of the best customer service received anywhere.

Your customer service assitants are big liars. I kindly asked them to gave my order by showing them a picture of my Argos card as I ordered something I completely forgot that my Argos card was at home. I was going to prove my identiny with my ID or bank card, but they told me they need to swipe my Argos card. I came back after an hour with my card and they just quickly looked up without swiping anywhere. I am so disapoited.Seriously for me that was a big joke.

We returned an unopened Garmin watch, still in the manufacturer's box. At Argos Penge, they tried to scratch off the intact stickers but would not let me take a picture of the unopened box. When I objected they said only the manager could refund items over £100 and he wouldn't be back till after 2pm!At Argos Bromley, the manager, saw the box hadn't been opened, cut the stickers, and immediately refunded the money.Why didn't Penge look at the receipt and tell us straight away that only the manager could refund that amount. Why damage an unopened box?

They are doing a mockery of the customer there. Worst customer service. If you need information on something please make sure that you ask several people. The most probably they will provide you the wrong information.

Opened Bush 32 inch tv on Christmas day. Screen was broken, plug was smashed & tv was dusty. My husband took it back on 27th & was accused by acting manager Emily & 2 lady store assistants of swapping the tv for a broken one. Serial numbers also didn't match. My husband was extremely embarrassed as this all happened in front of a large queue of customers. My husband was made to feel like a criminal & that he was lying about the tv. Now we have to wait until argos does an investigation to prove what happened. Word of caution- check all purchases before leaving the store as there is something very dodgy going on in house at argos. Will not buy from Argos again.48 hours later no investigation has even been started. Took back tv again & what a surprise no manager on duty. Anyway store manager of Sainsbury gave my husband a replacement tv. No apology no explanation. Be careful. Check all purchases before you leave the store.
