I did not have a pleasant and easy experience the lady serving me was extremely rude to me whilst serving me. I had a picture of my bar code and the lady was being bothersome about the fact that I had taken a picture. Then she asked me to print it out which I did and then she proceeded to complain in front of me and this was an annoying process and had no manners or patience. I would not recommend this post office definitely finding another place to post.

The Indian lady- I guess the owner, is very rude and she try to be clever by telling you what postage is better to use even though most people know better. As this is her business she will try to push for you paying more as she could get more profit.

As most of the other posts say the staff have on multiple occasions pretend to mis-hear, lie or make up prices. After checking the royal mail website and sending a very similar parcel via the WHSmith post office, i find out i was charged for a service more than 2 times the price it should have been.

Very poor quality staff . Do not have post office training and are making up post office rules that are not in their favour.No numeracy skills they short changed me.
