They offer great customer service!! I was served by Haneen who was very friendly and patient with me whilst I pondered through new glasses styles, she was extremely helpful when giving me her opinion on which glasses would look best on me. During my next visit I would love to be served by her again! She provided me with a lovely experience!!

I'm going today to Brixton Specsavers, my pair of glasses was little wonky and default. I been serving by a nice girl, her name is Saray, she give a good costumer service, and for my surprise she repair my glasses and I left the store very happy. Thank you so much Saray.

In May 2023 I experienced appalling service from the so-called "manager" Donna. When I asked her not to be rude she got worse and refused to pay me my refund. She blatatly lied when she told me that Specsavers do not give refunds. She told me her extremely unprofessional attitude was because a previous customer had been rude to her. I made a complaint to the Brixton shop. This went to Haroon Khalid (director). He acknowledged Donna's appalling service in writing but did nothing about it. I realised he was marking his (and Donna's) own homework when I tried to escalate my complaint to head office and all of my emails went to him. 9 months on he continues to ignore my complaint. On other posts Haroon Khalid has advised customers they should have spoken to him before writing a negative review. One week prior to posting this I contacted him and he has chosen to continue to ignore this issue. I have sent full details of the incident to Specsavers headquarters in Guernsey, Companies House (where Haroon Khalid is listed as one of the company directors for the Brixton shop which makes this shop his business), Watchdog on the One Show and to the Consumer Ombudsman. Each will investigate Donna's disgusting attitude and appalling service and Haroon Khalid's response to it. I have given one star because the system does not allow messages to be posted without one.Dr D Johnson.

Absolutely fantastic experience that I had on 05/02/2024. I had an eye test booked and proceeded to purchase glasses afterwards with the most wonderful customer service assistance from Haneen, whose guidance and knowledge would and should make any customer at this branch of Specsavers feel welcome and well informed on their choices of visual eye care. I will be returning as a loyal customer from here onwards.
