Run down and dirty. Short staffed. Shelves Empty. I asked the customer service advisor for something at the pharmacy and she told me to ?remind her what is was again? so she could locate. It was humiliating to tell her out loud and as a member of staff she should been aware of this and had better knowledge. This store needs a refurb or closing. Superdrug opposite is a dream and I?ll be going there in future.

Poorly stocked, staffed and cleaned. Overall a run down shop.

The cleanliness of the store was notably subpar, with evident neglect in maintaining a tidy environment. It's disheartening to witness such conditions, especially in a place meant to uphold health standards. Moreover, the service fell short of expectations. Staff seemed disengaged and unresponsive, leading to a frustrating encounter.

I never thought that I would ever want to write a review of a pharmacy, but what I saw in the Brixton boot looks like my room at the peak of a depressive episode. Guys, staying for an hour after work and cleaning up wouldn?t be a bad idea!one of the windows is broken and covered with a wooden cap. the ceiling is stained from leaks and some panels are missing, which opens up a view of even more dust and dirt behind these same ceiling tiles.boots, wake up, I was scared

I rarely feel the need to review a shop but this was absolutely appalling, and it sounds like I'm not the only one with this opinion.Hardly any stock, filthy, ceiling tiles missing - the whole store felt so unloved. Easily the worst Boots I have ever been into. Why are management not bothered? It's a disgrace. The only plus was the staff were pleasant and it's certainly not their fault it's been allowed to get into this state.

Probably the worst run pharmacy in London. Three times I?ve gone in to get medication and been told to ?come back another time because the pharmacist is on break?! This was many hours before closing time. The staff eat at the counter and hand you your meds with icky fingers - gross. Management need to sort this place out its damaging to the Boots brand. Avoid.

The worst Boots you will ever set foot inside? it looks like the apocalypse with empty shelves and broken fixtures, the store looks like it was last refurbished in the 1970s. Most of the windows are covered so it?s very dull and dingy inside. SuperDrug across the street is a far nicer experience.

This is by far the worst Boots I have ever visited. There are always really long waiting time and staff are completely incompetent and extremely rude. The store is dirty and always understocked and nobody seems to want to actually serve or help customers. It is in such a great location but just isn't run properly. If you want to buy or collect something, I would suggest visiting another store.

The pharmacist that was working on Sun 3rd Sept is a miracle worker. I'd been hunting high and low for a particular medication for my Mum as she is highly allergic to most anti-biotics. This was the only pharmacy in South East London that had it in stock! Literally a life saver. Also I've read alot of these comments, I agree the store does need to be made bigger and more general staff during peak times. But the staff I spoke with (three in total) all had great customer service thank you.

Can you please check your cctv at 17:44 on 09.08. you?ll see evidence for why humans need to be replaced by robots. It?s rush hours, there?s a massive queue, everyone wants to grab something and get home, but the cashier is completely day dreaming and elongating the process without even having any banter ! Maximum wait, in exchange for zero banter. What?s going on?!Get self checkout tills installed asap and maximise your revenue you daft people!

Good stuff and prices, but just two persons working on cashier, causing agglomeration!

Cyrus has the best patient manner of any pharmacist I've ever used. He's always upbeat and manages to remember people's names from months ago - kudos to that man!
