i went into this store to solve issue with my phone i met tolga and mia they were both so helpful and knowledgeable they both solved my phone issue and also helped me renew for tge new samsung 24 ultra.both of these people had great customer service and are a credit to your store.

I turned up to this EE store to replace a bad sim card, I made no appointment I just turned up as soon as they opened at 10am.Upon entering I was greeted by one of the staff who showed me a seat and while another member of staff came to help.Even though I arrived at opening time the store was fully open, set up and ready to go.The person helping me was very polite, helpful and friendly. She knew what she was doing and sorted out my issue streight away.While my sim replacement was in progress quite a few people had walked in, each getting the same attention and quality customer service.I have been to other EE stores before that have not been so great. This one has a great customer service with staff that know what they are doing.

I was in the store yesterday Fahad not only sort my issue with the phone he also gave an excellent tariff which not only lower my cost but also filled my requirement of the new device. Brilliant service will definitely come back to Fahad for my future upgrade.
