We paid for a consultant that charged us for looking at our medical record and giving vaccine to us even through my wife didn?t need 1 of them, when question it, felt that we were at fault, then told it OK your double vaccinated, and not offered a refund.The family went in to get our travel Vaccine done and cost over £400, Which is quite a lot, we went to the doctors and was advised that my wife was already had 1 of the Vaccine. Went back to tell the pharmacy.My wife got integrated like it was her fault, (I felt disgusted, wife was not rude, and the tone of voice being used when questioned) the consultant advised that it was OK that my wife was double vaccinated. She admitted the oversight looking at the record.No Sorry was offered or a refund of the extra vaccine, until we asked for it.I am still awaiting for a response from the level of service my wife received.Spoken to head office only to hear that the Store manager has resolved this issues without speaking to us.I am still awaiting for response to the call since last Thursday.72 hours handling time I was told.

Today I went to this store because I was interested in a perfume ... I was looking from afar if this perfume I was looking for was in this store .. and I saw two cashiers who were looking at me in a super wild way and were saying: "What are you looking for" and one of them approaches and tells me, what are you looking at??!!! He didn't ask me how I can help you, but directly what are you seeing?!! and I tell him I'm interested in this perfume, is there a discount? and she says 20%, so how much does it cost with a discount?? she says ummm I don't know you can do the calculation with your phone!!!! I didn't see the name because it really ruined my day today and I ran straight out of the store...but I have never seen more scandalous behavior ???

The middle aged Asian bald assistant manager, approx 5?6, slim built wearing striped blue shirt should be thoroughly retrained. The way he treats his staff in front of customers is appalling and the way he treats his female colleagues is outrageous. If he wasn?t raised well to treat others with respect he at least should be trained by his company to show better manners. Basic training is to not take out on your staff in front of the customers, take them aside and have a respectful conversation. No one wants or needs to see how Boots management treats other people. Or maybe they should? to discourage shoppers from buying in such a hostile environment in the future. I found his and other managers on the shop floor attitudes really unprofessional.

This Boots store is always busy but have a lot of products and most of the time it will have what I need. Just the tills are slow and queues are long but it's not too bad.

Well today while buying shampoo, paid at the self service tills in Brent cross Boots, cut my hand badly with the shampoo plastic container (Umberto Giannini) very sharp on the bottom two corners, anyway bleeding away was told to go to the pharmacy to get a plaster, got there explained what happened was told i had to pay for one, omg im bleeding away, anyway the store manager came along and got me a childs plastic!
