Snappy Snaps in Mile End deserves a resounding five stars for their exceptional service. The staff exhibit both alacrity and professionalism, coupled with a commendable depth of knowledge in their field. They offer single-use cameras at competitive prices, and the turnaround time for film development is remarkably brief, enhancing customer convenience. The only lamentable aspect is the discontinuation of their loyalty card scheme. Despite this, it remains an unparalleled choice for photographic services in London. Highly commendable!

Great customer service, went there to get photos for visa. The guy working there asked me what do I need it for I said visa application and he told me that visa photo are meant to be slightly bigger than passport images that is why he asked. I personally never knew this. Not only I got my visa photos I also learnt something new.

Excellent - gave me great advice when I got my wedding photos developed there and they also superbly transferred some home video reels from the 1950s onto DVD. Will be going back with the rest of the reels!

Try to avoid this branch. Very very worst customer service. They don't even acknowledge the customer. Especially the young girl works there soo much attitude and rude. They don't care about the customers.Very high price for photo and print. I had no choice all other shops were closed because of Sunday.

£18 for a passport photo is just ridiculous. Was in and out quickly at least.

I would advise not to bother with Snappy Snaps and instead to go the Tesco across, they have a cheap photo booth (55p).I went in for an ID picture here - 14£ for 4 terrible pics (my skin looks green) - then when I asked the ?photographer? if he could take another one, you could see he couldn?t be bothered.Anyways I did say that pic was gonna last me ages on my driving licence and he answered ?sorry to say but you won?t look the same in 10 years?.Rude, unnecessary, and most of all shaming a woman?s looks when she enters her 30s is so misogynistic.Anyways, at least the tesco booth won?t make rude comments and will be way cheaper.

Avoid at all costs for film development. They ruined my film and then gaslit me into thinking it was my fault. Came here to get black and white film developed, it took them 3 weeks so I followed up apparently they had misplaced my film so that's why they hadn't gotten in touch. Then they say that all of my roll was blank, and that if I brought my camera in they would show me how to use it, I know how to use my camera thanks, they also offered me free film in lieu of a refund... So I went in and the guy tells me this big long story about how he's a photographer and this has happened to him.

Snappy snaps did an excellent job with my baby passport today - the team were very professional and kind as we managed a 9 day old baby. Thanks Shane!
