I bought a challenge desk fan recently which is very powerful. It has 3 settings and on the first setting it is quite powerful with the cool air it blows out so I would highly recommend. Only negative is the noise otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Terrible customer service from Joan today at Old Kent Road who was rude and unhelpful. I had ordered items online, one of my items on receipt showing to collect Thurs however it was showing in store on the app, while collecting the other items I asked if she could check if the Thursdays item is there as I've paid for it and showing instore. Joan was talking to me rude infront of other customers saying "if it says Thursday it will be Thursday, and she can't go to the stockroom and check, I said I'm not asking to check stockroom can you check on computer? Joan telling me no, it will be here Thursday. I said okay I will check the the stock computer myself, the item was In stock and I purchased again! Queued up 2nd time and then collected item, had to queue up 3rd time to cancel the one coming Thurs. All of this because Joan could not be bothered to check stock on the computer she was standing at.

The interior is very spacious, and I can usually order and collect promptly. The staff is courteous, and the service is quick. ?

Unprofessional, expecially the manager. I returned items after 4 days and she doesn't want to refund me. This years with my company I spent 10000 pounds in Argos and they didn't want to refund me 120£ . That's ridiculous.

I came today to the store and would like to say a big thank you to the man called Herman. I left the house with out my phone and wrote down the order number but I wrote down the wrong one. Walked the way there in this heat could of said sorry and left it at that. But instead let me use he's phone so I can call my partner to get the order number thank you so much for being kind. What a lovely helpful man.

REALLY pleased this store is opening (with appropriate social distancing) again.... I'm a big fan of the service Argos brings to the community and in particular this branch ... I have certain disabilities that make my forays on shopping trips a chore but the staff are so patient I am very grateful .. Keep up the good work ....ps the parking is excellent. PLEASE MANAGEMENT >acknowledge your wonderful instore staff...Vivienne and Torris(?) on the till REAL ambassadors for your business ????

Bought a TV and carried it home. Once installed I realised that there was a defect in the screen that seemed damaged. I was very worried that the support would not believe me. Returned it the same day and the team was very understanding and operated the return for me. Well done and very professional support.

I had to go there today a item i purchased 3.21 had a serious electrical fault luck has it it had a 2 year warranty . The manufactures gave me a replacement code to get a exchange. When got to the store and explained to the staff and gave them the Exchange code . They said they knew nothing about this procedure. When i suggested they call the service people who gave me the code to exchange it they said they have no dealings with the company that manufactured the product . After 15 minutes repeating myself to call the service number all was sorted after 25 minutes . Staff need better training on the exchange regulations and some CR would not go a miss either. Generally the staff are helpful but today was not good enough. It made me feel like a crook trying to to get something i was not entitled to under the warranty very embarrassed with customers looking at me . Hope for better days if i stay with Argos that is
