Genuinely useless! Always understaffed on desk and they are so unhelpful. They have no understanding of what they are selling. If their computer doesn't say it, they haven't a clue. On two occasions now, the system recommends the completely wrong part for my very popular van. Meaning you ABSOLUTELY need to bring the broken/failed part with you to compare. And at the very least take good pictures. When you explain, it's the wrong part......"The computer says it is, can't help you." If you have to travel further to go else were - Do It!

They mostly have consumables and some tools. Not actually car parts. At least I never found anything here for my car. Just oils, filters, wiper blades, belts, some common tools etc... But car parts like piston rings, oil filter housing, plastic car parts of any kind, fuel pump, headgasket or injectors, stuff like that... forget it! And you stay in queue like crazy. The kids at the counter really take their time.

Orderd break pads on line and these was listed as in stock so otderd themRecived a colle ting email so drove the 35mins to collect going past 2 closer branches to get thereWhen I got there was told that they could not find them someone has made a mistakeThen offerd other pads at a higher price and when I asked for these to be discounted down as its not my fault they was not there was told I don't and carnt do that as no manager in storeThis was created back to me and I was told I would have to rebut these again at a larger priceEven though I had to come out of my way to get them I think this is very disappointing as if they had or wanted to keep customers comming back should of offered something to help with the higher priceI was then told that it would take upto 10 days for me to get the money back ???? This is taken instantly so should be back instantlyOr is it 10days of interest on money if this is done 100 times then this is a good way of making money for nothingAfter all this I then get a email saying I had coll3cted the pads and thanking me for my perched itemsNo mention of it beeing refundedI would recomend you think hard before you buy as I have been let down and they don't even give a sorry or offer anything to help offset the inflated cost they are now chargingNot good for a company like thisDon't use call around to check first

Third time here and long waiting times standing there for over 25mins for a single part and it wasnt even very busy. God knows how long the wait will be if it was very busy.

Went everywhere for a indicator bulb rear for a Citroën Picasso no one had one no stock went to Euro Car fan it straight away fitted done myself absolutely fantastic

Best to check item is actually in stock before ordering as website is not accurate. Not sure why i was not allowed to cancel the order if it isn?t in stock and available for delivery next day as stated so marking down a point for that. Was told it was going to take up to 10 days to move stock from one location to another and then they would post it to me by Royal Mail! However the customer service agents were apologetic and order was delivered within 5 days by dpd and all as described and car is now working so all worked out in the end. I feel like someone was probably working in the background to speed my order through despite the odds so I?m not going to be too harsh.

Looks like all euro car parts are the same. Place click and collect order that is stated as ready to collect. Turn up at the shop and staff go to look for the order, gone for 30 minutes and still waiting. What a joke. Not coming here or to any other euro car parts ever again.
