Shame on this bank! Customer service is not in their vocabulary. My ATM card was stolen in the philippines. Wanting to get a card replacement, the local branch in the philippines stupidly advised me to go to the London branch (as i live in UK) coz "they would help me" replace the card (LIES!!!). I called the Victoria branch and the lady from this branch told me to come in person as i needed to show my identity document as required. I travelled 2 hours to get to this branch only to be told by an arrogant smug (a boy) in the counter that they're just a branch and they wouldn't help without the some bureaucratic 12th century paperwork that apparently needs completing from the local branch in the philippines? - it's extremely shocking, unbelievable and pathetic how despite being in the 21st century this Filipino bank still lives in the cave. Don't they have phone and internet to access file from their own company's database? - I guess that's too easy and they won't be able to suck money out of their customers. Corrupt filipino mindset - a shameful business attribute, be it in the philippines, or abroad. PNB, you just brought to the UK your stinky customer service. For goodness sake, improve your service, you're just bringing more embarrassment to the filipinos. Stop you're bureaucracy and help your local customers in UK - COZ YOU (PNB) are HERE! BAnk manager, improve your service. Serve your customers properly. You are benefitting from your customer. the least you can do is to offer a helpful service abroad.

Breathtakingly bureaucratic and inefficient and expensive. Cannot wait for Revolut or another fintech to teach PNB a lesson on customer service

Stay away from PNB guys. I can't access my money because of their useless app! I'm working overseas and there's no way to log in via their website. The app doesn't show my bank account and there's no way I can use my card without the OTP from the app itself. I'm now to the point of thinking that my money is gone because of this. Unreliable, frustrating service. Customer care is useless too with different response. And they reply soooo slowwww! STAY AWAY, REALLY. It's an aging bank that can't keep up with digital age. Disappointed. I should have opted to other banks than this

Never had any problem with my remittance and staff are helpful to whatever question I need to ask. Though they have to ask all the time why but it is understandable for it is for my own protection.

I would like to share my experience regarding PNB Europe Remittance.I deposited last Feb 17 to their bank account for my remittance. I need to call so my remittance will be process. I was surprised that 3 of their contact numbers are not working. I send an email to inform them that I already deposited money to their account. It took 3 days for them to reply. Friday, Feb 19, they asked my contact number so they can call me which I did. There after, some one contacted me and processed the remittance. I even asked for the exchange rate which is 67.40 pesos per pounds. Monday Feb 22, I email them again because I did not received any receipt of the transaction. Finally they processed the remittance on Feb 24 with 67 pesos per pounds and the exchange rate on that day is 68.40 pesos per pounds. This is a bad business practice.

So much different since allied became PNB , PNB staff not friendly , where are they allied bank staff now . They're friendly staff , they're always talked to the customers we had sweets eveytime I visiting . Now no more nothing .
