Boxing day sale is on. Loads of Xmas clothes, shoes, travel goodies & home decor items for half price. The shop was full when I visited earlier today l. Don't think it will last long. Worth a bargain visit.

It's sad to see the decline of products and choice. Years ago, Matalan was my go-to for everything from underwear, cardigans, clothing and homeware...now absolutely nothing in store was worth purchasing.

Lots of Parking. Great selection of clothes. But like everywhere, they have cut down on staff and are pushing self checkout. You can feel this in the atmosphere of the store. They offer click and collect.

Very poor no help at all from staff 1st time I fund it unfriendly different staff left bit upset just wanted to get small size no receipt no exchange I can undstand that but there was no need to be rude

Not the best place for anything really, I forgot how bad this place is. Stuff in a mix and match bucket is more organised then stuff here. I had to look at the labels to see sizes and prices as nothing matches the top ticket or rack they are on. Unorganised and prices aren't that much better so don't really see the reason to come back.

Bought these cushions from Matalan, within a month it started to fall apart. Went in store yesterday and explained that I didn't have the receipt. They said to bring them in, and they'll have a look at them. Took them in today and manager didn't even bother to look at any and said they couldn't do anything without the receipt eventhough it's a Matalan item and they told me to bring them in.

This store offers a variety of different products at reasonable prices. The have cute baby clothing, to kids wear to home products and many more. All affordable and good quality ?Downside is that ques are often long.
