Avoid DFS at all costs. My sofas arrived with no less than three problems at once: (1) the wrong legs! (2) damaged fabric, and (3) damage to my floors by the delivery team. If you ever have a problem with your sofas refund immediately!!! You have 4 weeks or so to refund. If you ever opt for them to send someone to inspect the damaged goods or floors with a view to potentially fixing the damage, or to order new legs, this will take at least 6-8 weeks to order new parts and another 4 weeks to have someone install, and at least 4-6 weeks for someone to come by and look at the damage. By then your refund is expired and absolutely useless. It?s a ruse, never fall for it. Refund immediately without hesitation. They?ll take ages to send someone out to look at your damaged floors or sofas, they?ll take ages to make a decision (usually offering you a very small amount of money to close the lid on the matter), and they?ll take ages get new parts delivered, and then ages to get it fixed! If you know what is good for you, shop somewhere else.

Floor staff completely useless. Not interested to provide services or suggestions or even selling sofas! :DJust sitting around, chatting or stuck to their phones.

Good luck contacting their customer service for problem with your item. They will lie to you on the phone that someone will get back to you and no one will until you tired to call them ?. Just don?t buy from them

Bought a table in june. Just arrived now in september, and that?s only because i put pressure on them to deliver it. OUTRAGEOUS! Why take over 3 months to deliver a bloody table? This is more of a hit to DFS the company rather than dfs beckton itself

Absolute horrible service by the floor staff. They don't care about their customers and mangers are just sitting in a room and dont wanna come out. Don't buy your furniture from here because you will spend 5k on sofas and after 4 months the problems start. The engineers they send to your house will ruin your sofas instead of fixing it.

Highly recommend visiting this store. Was helped out by Sam (sales manager). Very helpful guy and was knowledgeable of the products shown. He showed me and my partner a range of sofas and found the perfect sofa that was most suitable for our needs. Thanks for your help Sam and we look forward to receiving our sofa in the next few weeks. :)

Sofa caves in within 3 years of purchase, what's worse the service engineers attended and commented 'these sofas are bad quality anyway'.Well I really wanted to know that didn't i?!?! Then have to pay for repairs by going into the store. Discriminatory for disabled people who don't drive. Appalling customer service, having to chase them up and then to be forced to go in. Off course I will be annoyed and frustrated!Inconsistent information is also not helpful.New store manager needed i think and a major customer service training.

Minus is the rating I would give this place does not even deserve a rating ! I asked for them to process a refund and still I have not gotten it back it?s been 5 days and usually refunds come back quickly the workers there had no idea about the refund and wasn?t really any use of help I appreciate it?s Easter holiday but even then all dreams are open head office is also OPEN so I don?t understand why the delay

Moin sales person at beckon dfs is very rude and aggressive. I reported to his colleague but not sure what action will be taken by dfs. So far I have good experience with dfs except today when he literally spoiled my Weekend.I am looking forward for an positive response from dfs.

Muin was helpful and professional during sales.Kumar helped us to move the Sofa into the van. Very polite and friendly man.Area of improvement for the store: It can be nice if you could arrange a delivery for clearance items within a reasonable timeframe, e.g. less than two weeks.

Went to the store to purchase two sofa?s and two footstools. One of the staff member approached and asked if i needed any help; i said iv seen few online and wanted to see the sofa in person before purchasing it. Unfortunately they didn?t stock any of the ones I saw online. The staff member then instructs me to contact customer service to find out which store has it on display. I didn?t even know what number to call, asked for help ?he goes check web site? very unprofessional.I was on the phone for 30mins before cancelling the call. I tried again in the afternoon and was told a similar sofa at Beckton had it on display. I visited the store again the next day. The same staff member approached me and said I hope your not a time waster! I couldn?t believe. Anyway i ignored him found the similar sofa and ordered the sofas online which cost £5k for 2 sofas.

Moinul Islam is an unprofessional & rude sales assistant. Bought items almost worth 6k & had issues with delivery He called me & told me he?d give me a call back once he had looked further into the issue this was obviously a lie as he is now avoiding any contact & I still have not heard anything back from him I have also emailed him numerous times asking for a call back/resolution but he has ignored all emails. DFS customer services are a MASSIVE let down to there products. Moinul Islam Also made us fill out a customer survey which he was right in front of us looking over the answers & all most tell us what to put down. I am so disappointed in DFS & will be avoiding them in the future.I have spoken to 2-3 different advisorsand was shocked at how they deal with customers even after admitting it was a fault on there end. DFS really lack in customer services & choose the most unprofessional & rudest people to represent them.
