Having had two weeks of the TUi website crashing on us when trying to book a holiday, it was joy of a visit to a proper holiday shop as we always used to. Brochures galore, helpful and friendly staff that could help and advise as they knew the resort and hotel- never booking a holiday online again. Cannot praise the staff enough, will use the TUI Beckenham holiday shop again and thoroughly recommend

Thank you so much to Chloe for helping myself and my partner book our first holiday away together! We have booked a number of holidays with Tui, and always found it a very easy process with such helpful staff, giving suggestions and options. Going into the shop took all the problems away from the booking process. We have booked with the help of vikki Boulton who was so helpful and patient and guided us through the whole thing.We will be returning
