Went to get my contract upgraded in this store as sometimes online you could mess up things. The person serving me told me that you can not get a upgrade on a SIM only contract to a phone contract, you have to buy a new contract which I agreed too.After doing a document check on a credit check they made me sign a contract and also took an upfront of £230.As they did not have the phone in stock they said your phone is going to be delivered to you within 2 working days.After two days I'm waiting at home anxiously for my new home to arrive I did not get any email or any text messages saying what is the status of my delivery, by the evening when I call you Tesco Mobile they told me that my order has been cancelled because of security reasons.When I asked what security reasons he said we cannot disclose the reasons as our policy. We you look into all the new applicants and then decide if they fit our criteria to get the order. What I don't understand is I have been a Tesco Mobile customer from last 5 years, first took a two years phone contract and then convert it into a SIM only contract as my phone contract was finished. Never delayed my monthly bill payment as I am on direct debit scheme. I still have that contract up and running I actually went to upgrade that contract.So why Tesco Mobile is treating me as a new customer then why Tesco Mobile is saying to me that I don't fit the criteria to get the mobile and not giving me any reason as to what I did which made me not to fit Tesco Mobile criteria .my credit check is fine I have no criminal records or anything but Tesco Mobile is making me think like a I am an individual which they cannot trust.But they still trust me with one contract and want to keep that one . Amazing.I would suggest everyone not to go with Tesco Mobile they have a massive communication problem between the security team and their sales team and the customer service team does not help you as the security did not disclose them the reason as to what they have declined your order.

I have been using Teso mobile for quite a few years now. I have always found them very helpful. I am due to renew next year and will definitely go back there
