As a pensioner I go to the cinema in the afternoon and my scoring is based on the heating or lack of heating! I always freeze in there!! Nice complaints otherwise

I was absolutely disappointed by the whole experience. My toddler got a cornetto ice cream and the wafer was soft and stale that I ended having to throw it away. When I complained, the lady told me it’s because it’s the ‘soft’ cornetto brand. Sorry soft does not mean stale and falling apart. In addition to that,... read full comment
