Always a queue for the counter and only one person serving people. Takes forever to get through, had to go 3 separate times as I kept giving up with how slow it was going. When I finally reached the counter the lady there was lovely and helpful hence the two stars. One of times there was noone at the ATMs as well when I actually needed someone ?.

It depends on when you visit but generally bad service. I've had good service where the staff handled everything quickly but more commonly its been a wait of more than half an hour only to be told that there isn't anything they can do and i need to phone the helpline. I've waited for over an hour and then was told the people who came in after me but got seen first had appointments so when I asked how to book one for the next time I needed to come in I was told I couldn't. So which is it? Oh and when someone else came out to help the first person stayed 5 minutes and than went to lunch. With a queue of over 7 people waiting to be seen. And not send someone else to help. I don't know if its intentional to get people not to come into the branch or if they are just incapable of running properly i regret opening my account here. If I could give zero stars I would.
