I purchased a Chromebook for my daughter a few weeks ago but it just stopped working. I didn?t have the receipt, only the transaction on my bank statement. Yasin was very helpful. He managed to locate the receipt from the date thereby verifying my purchase. As it was within 30 days, he allowed me to exchange the laptop for a new one. Both my daughter and I were very pleased. Thanks Yasin and the Argos Marble Arch team, great job!

Worse experience. I went in to the store on 17th Oct to buy some items. They charged my card for £1000 while the lady at the till Yasmin kept making mistakes and every time I tried to pay she kept saying that the system has crashed. There?s no way for me to contact customer service. Now I will have to either go to the store or file a police complaint and then dispute it in court. Disgusting customer servic.

In-store shopping is done via a computer terminal. It was very easy to browse items, and we could immediately collect purchases from the store.Customer service was good! They have friendly staff who respond promptly.

More like Aaaargh-os... My returns experience today has put me off buying from Argos for a while.... I returned a pair of earphones which were all still *sealed in a package.* Staff then started to inspect the package in front of my eyes, another staff member joined to inspect, the sealed package was then opened by staff and further inspections of the product itself took place.I felt like a criminal. In the end, I was being refunded but it was a horrid experience.I understand stores are dealing with increased shoplifting and most likely dubious return tricks these days but this has been a horrible customer experience for someone who is simply making a return!
