Use to be a great little pharmacy but since it had been taken over the prices have gone up. The pharmacy is not as helpful and worst of all they're are NO prices on anything which is just strange and annoying

New owners/management and it?s really an unpleasant experience now. I?ve lived in the area for 13 and this is my local pharmacy. Kam and her team were lovely and helpful. Now everything is difficult plus it?s almost impossible to get through on the phone. Rings a few times and then cuts off. Hopeless.

Such a shame how downhill this place has gone following the change of ownership and management. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff backed up by an awful management team who seemingly go out of their way to make their customers' lives miserable. Having been coming here for years and years, we have now moved pharmacy following three consecutive issues that Clarke have given us. Truly despicable behaviour on our last visit; I wouldn't talk to my dog the way we were talked to. Do better.

Had to change pharmacy. New manager is so rude and unhelpful. No empathy. Continually make mistakes and very rudely states its your problem to fix.

The service is so bad, a new manager and staffs are unhelpful and rude !I reminded them for my medication to request 2 weeks in advance and when I went to collect my medication after 2 weeks they didn?t handed all of it !I am having so much distress and hassle with them every month due to their lack of experience and helplessness.They don?t give me right medication either !

New manager is terrible and rude and was rude not only to me but her staff ! this chemist is under new management and you can feel the change ...the lovely Asian lady who used to work here has sadly left !And a word of advice I will be complaining higher up for the behaviour performed by this new manager ..

The business has changed hands. Apparently bought by guy called George. Asked for his surname and the name of the company. Didn?t get either. The service has gone downhill. The products I have been dispensed recently are poor quality. I have asked the GP to move my service to another pharmacy. Forced to as when I asked for a repeat prescription from Clarke Pharmacy they said they couldn?t do it. I have been using this shop for 20 years. I won?t be using them again and wouldn?t recommend them to anyone.

Came to try to buy a very common over the counter medication. Didn?t bother looking to see if it was in stock before saying no, then couldn?t give any advice as to where it could be found. Thoroughly disappointing

Completely clueless staff, prescription issued on 31 August not ready for collection on12 Sept same goes for prescription issued on 16 August. Excuse was pharmacy has changed hands. How does that affect the delay in getting prescription ready. Waited 45 mins and still not ready. Appalling.

A tad expensive, but all pharmacies are.If you ask for recommendations, they usually are helpful.Don't expect a super friendly vibe, but they're professional and get the job done.They do offers on certain products from time to time.The pharmacy is clean and presentable most of the time.
