Waited over 10 minutes on hold with every 30 seconds the automated operator saying ?just so you know we close at 6:30pm?. My package wasn?t delivered because delivery was ?not accessible?? however, I live in an apartment building with 24/7 concierges and security so that?s impossible. Perhaps the phone call was better than the online chat.

I had a card from Moonpig delivered yesterday. Not my usual postman Charlie who is always professional personified !This postman thought it was ok to bend the card in half even through it clearly said DO NOT BEND on the envelope ! The card is ruined because it also was badly ripped.It cost me £10 to buy & now it is too late to order another.When I spoke to the postman he actually laughed. Unbelievable !!!It?s easy to understand why Royal Mail is a second class business.Tried phoning to complain but the wait to speak to a person is 20 minutesNOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

Always great helpful staff but the Post Office working hours on Google need to be updated regularly. I keep on turning up to see the office closed whilst Google says it should be open? Happened last year too.

I have had many friends quit working here as they do not let them take their breaks and overload them with work. Furthermore the training is very poor and the management are stuck up and treat their employees badly. Please don't apply to work here as it is a very negative and toxic environment to work in!

Every time I order something and Royal Mail are due to deliver they are ?unable to deliver? ? yet every other service seems fine ?. Even Evri. I wait at home for delivery and every time it?s wasted due to these jokers. The opening hours for collections are ridiculous. No wonder the Royal Mail has lost its monopoly with the post office.

Generally good service and friendly staff, they do get totally rammed sometimes. Just wondering if the QR reader has been fixed? Has been out of action a few weeks now thanks.

Just wanna shout out the guy with glasses who was working today around 5PM (I never got their name) for being so helpful and actually attempting to find my parcel.I usually have bad experiences with Royal Mail however after their ?attempted? delivery to my workplace this afternoon (a restaurant that is open from 11AM where there is someone definitely here to receive deliveries) I had no choice but to go collect my parcel from the Islington office.Even though it took a while to find the parcel, I appreciate his efforts and would like to say thank you for his help :)

Really rude postman "Paul" from this delivery office who likes to make a feast of being awkward to talk to and yet at the same time gets chummy with certain residents. Clearly prejudiced towards some customers for no apparent reason, has a serious personality problem.

Staff are friendly. Sometimes theres a queue and you have to wait a while. Sometimes its empty but you still have to wait a while. Give 3 stars for average rating

What's happening with the new mail carrier? Either the items aren't being delivered, or they're placed in the incorrect mailbox. He even snaps a photo of the door without showing the number, which is rather sly.
