After I booked a DHL delivery online I went to this local DHL drop of service who tried to charge me extra for the envelope after the online DHL website sayd clearly that the envelope is free. When I sayd that I was going to report him at DHL for cherging me for envelope he refused to take my packehe. So I ended up having to go to another place who did not charge me for the envelope.
