Avoid all cost no it's about parking ?? !!!!!Issue with my booker of card staff seem to have a attitude when you call for a supervisor didn't really entertain the conversation then we pushed that up to store manager where eventually he did actually sort the problemThe question you need to be asking three members of staff don't know what they're doingAnother guy I didn't even know the company had store in Greenwich London apparently a close 7 years ago ?Customer corrected him and said well it looks like it falls under some sort of partnership with macro according to Google image which (I show picture below ?)A bit of a unpleasant experience I must say sadly bookers didn't have the product which was actually looking for anyway sadly bookers didn't have the product which was actually looking for anyway

Unreliable ,rude & unprofessional staffs.Staff needs customer service training to deal with issues as they can never sort out any issue on time or get back to customer.No communication at all with customers.Delivery staffs who deal with delivery & drivers must be checked on all the times as they just do what they want & keep blaming each other.Daniel is always there to help whenever I have an issue however I think everyone should take their own work responsibility as they get paid for it.Due to unprofessional and lazy people the place image & reviews go down.

Can you open in the evening till 6pm on Monday to Friday. Westend caterers find your timing bit like office timings. You might get good business if you open till 6 pm then people can drive in Central London without paying congestion charge after the shopping.

I go to Bookers for my company about once a month, It's nice to get out of the office , I buy what's on my list and then I buy things for myself , whiskey whiskey whiskey , they have a great choice of all the drinks anyone could want soft or hard , there's so much more to the store , the staff are great and very helpful , and if you know what you want , you can be in and out in no time , I would recommend Bookers to anyone that wants a relaxed shop and save a few quid , which is a win win for me

Good kind people working at this branch. But only one thing there you'll have to worry about. And that's parking. Though it's customers parking but its managed by parking companies and you'll get tickets if you don't log in your registration at checkout otherwise its very good.

Was a good experience as far as wholesale shopping concerned. However some items were more expensive than if you brought direct from Sainsbury's. Not happy with price policy. Not worth the visit.
