I waited home this morning for my parcels then received a message at 11:11am saying they couldn't deliver my parcel as they couldn't gain access to front door the postman who was delivering didn't even press my buzzer this is actually so sad to see royal mail going down this road of bad delivery service.

Postman with the locks that has been delivering recently to Upper Holloway area is one of the most ignorant people I have ever come across. How on earth he managed to get a customer service job with Royalmail is beyond me.Disgusting, I will be making sure my parcel courier isn?t with Royalmail going forward.

Not everyone is serious about the deliveries...: The man with the dreads and the ipothetic trolley is a liar who doesn't do his job properly.I have been waiting for my parcel. The first time really no one was home, and maybe my neighbour of trust either, so that's fine. The second time, my flatmate was home. But they said no one was here, strange but okay fine. The third time I WAS home. So when I received the email saying I wasn't home, I went to the post office. They said the deliverman (he was described as a man with dreads and a trolley) is out at the moment with the parcel, to search for him and ask for my parcel. So that's what I did. I found him, and asked for it. He said it must be in the trolley (he didn't have his trolley, only bags). He asked me if I will be home, I said yes and he said he is coming. Guess what? He didn't come. I guess he didn't want to bother.(oh and I NEVER had the red ?Something for you? card. + can we talk about the email I received the morning saying I wasn't home when he didn't do it yet?...)Okay my building isn't easy to access, but lying like that? If I order something I should be able to receive it. Or they should just ask me to come then and not making me lose my time.

Terrible service, I had a parcel from New Zealand that I needed to pay a customs fee for - I paid this and the email from Royal Mail said it would be delivered a couple days after. It's been a month and no delivery, I've called royal mail and - after a 40 min wait time - not only was the lady extremely rude but she had nothing to say other than to wait. Utterly ridiculous, for all I know the parcel has been sent back to New Zealand now.

The worst service ever. Claiming they tried to deliver 2x without any card put through my letter box. Both times I was home and nobody rang the bell or knocked. Now when trying to understand where the package is no information can be found. I cannot request redelivery either. I created account with RM to have the info. Nothing. Now I received an email they have my package and I have 2 days to collect. Where from, that information is missing. Useless service. I am waiting for my parcel since 21 November. It is 10 Dec now.

The recent reviews say it all and their overall rating just shows what a lackluster service this has become. It's not fit for purpose any longer and needs to be rid of. Their prices are astronomical for a tin pan service that treats its customers as a feeding for their shareholders cash only diet.Their opening times are what they say they are on the day, if some of the overpaid staff feel like serving some customers for a couple of hours. Google says differently as it looks as though they are open all day and evening.The service is so stripped back and lacks any customer service whatsoever. So you might as well pay for an alternative service, yes, they might be just as bad but the cost will represent that .Shame on the company

10 am closing time is ridiculous. Either way the staff member who works at the desk is really funny with a positive attitude. Always walk away with a smile.

Wasted my time coming here during the ridiculous opening hours only for the man to tell me my parcel simply doesn?t exist, despite me getting several emails confirming that it had been delivered there. Tried phoning royal mail customer service but there was a 40 minute hold time.

Same with me, I am at home, waiting for the delivery: honestly the most terrible service ever! Lie about trying to deliver (because if you had, the postcard would have been put through the door). Do you never want to do your job properly, are absolutely useless and the opening and closing times are ridiculous (8am-2pm)? you have us with you!

Hi please can you deliver my parcel FR798034929GB to my local post office Highgate today so I can pick it up. I did arrange redelivery on Friday but I asked at the post office and they haven't got it.
