I?ve seen Dr Paul Moreira on two occasions and he is wonderful .Like many people I ?m very nervous at the dentist and he has a very gentle caring manner that really puts me at ease.His dental nurse Nisha is lovely too, also friendly and efficient.I would also like to praise the front desk staff ( Sharon and Emily) they go above and beyond to accommodate me for appointments at short notice and are very friendly to deal with?I highly recommend this practice and Dr Paul

I have been looking for years for a dentist that would be understanding to my health conditions, from the very 1st phone call Emily was brilliant with me, she took the time to listen to my issues and made me feel at ease. Then, on my 1st appointment, the staff was so kind to me. Not once was I made to feel bad for the condition of my teeth. As scared as I was, they were very comforting to me. I can't thank you enough. This then made me feel that my autistic son could be seen here, and yet again, the staff took the time to be so understanding.I honestly appreciate the time you all took to care for me and my son. Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart ??

I went to reception on Monday for 9.00 am with a toothache which I had all over the weekend with the hope of getting an emergency appointment. The receptionist was so kind and helpful and managed to get the dentist to see me within 15 minutes. He gave me a check over and provided me with antibiotics plus a future plan of action. Great service.

I had an appointment to fit a crown on Tuesday. I previously paid £23 and £44 at previous separate visits and I was advices that they would deduct that money from the overall cost of the crown( £306.00). However, on Tuesday after having the crown fitted, I was told by the receptionist that the money I paid previously would not be considered, because of the length of time from the first appointment to having the crown fitted. The receptionist was also reluctant to clarify with the Dentist and kept asking me to speak to the dentist. The reasons the appointment took so long was because the first appointment was cancelled by the practice because they changed ownership and the appointment was not rescheduled for another three months. Following this I had two cancellations, one due to work clash an another due to having a cold. I was not advised of this when I started the treatment. It is unacceptable to charge me for something I have already paid for. I would like you to review this matter and do the right thing and reimburse me for the money already paid. I am raising this as a complaint and would like you to look into this. Astrid Holness
