I went into the woodgreen store with my son who has autism . I was anxious as I needed to change his watch as it was faulty and my son didn't have his receipt.I spoke to the manager ABSAR SARF and he not only reassured my son that he would help but he made him feel very comfortable. He found the receipt that the edgware branch had sent my son and assisted my son to exchange the faulty watch for a different watch.He went above and beyond for my sonmade the whole experience stressfree.What an absolute superstar .He's a credit to argos.Also Aly another member of staff who assisted us to exchange the watch after the manager helped my son was fantastic . He reassured my son and made the whole experience easy .He is also an asset to Argos.Thankyou so much to both of u for sorting out my sons problem.and then assisted my son to exchange the faulty watch for a different one.

Always had a good experience from start to finish here. My only issue is the unnecessarily large size of the store as most of the space isn?t used for anything.

WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.NOT ONLY THE MANAGER DID NOT HAD THE NECESSARY SKILLS TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMES TO UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE I HAVE.I FELT THAT I WAS RACIALY DISCRIMINATED BY THE MANAGER.AT THE END OF THE CONVERSATION I SPECIFICALY TOLD HIM THAT I WILL SUE ARGOS FOR SELLING ME A PRODUCT THAT FAILED EVERY 5 MONTHS AND NOT TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND A MIDDLE GROUND WITH THE CUSTOMER.THE MANAGER FELT THAT HE WAS THREATENED BECAUSE I WANT TO LEGALY SUE ARGOS UNDER SALES OF GOODS ACT.HE TOLD ME THAT MY WARRANTY HAS BEEN VOIND BECAUSE THE PRODUCT HAS FAILED AND WHEN I WENT THE ARGOS THEY TOLD ME TO GO AT APPLE TO FIX THE ISSUE WITCH I DID AND BECAUSE APPLE FIXT IT THE WARRANTY WAS VOID.THIS CAME OUT OF THE ARGOS STORE MANAGER BRAIN, THAT IS HOW WARRANTY'S WORK IN HIS BRAIN.I DO NOT KNOW HOW HE GOT IN THAT POSITION, HE HAS ZERO SKILLS IN COMMUNICATING WITH THE CUSTOMER.I WILL SUE ARGOS FOR NOT TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY AS THE RETAILER.STAY AWAY FROM ARGOS WOOD GREEN UNTIL HOPEFULLY THE MANAGER GETS FIRED BECAUSE HE IS NOT ONLY RUDE HE IS ALSO RACIST AND VERRY EASILY OFFENDED.

The manager Saf, is incompetent and irresponsible. He wasted our valueable 2.5 hours because he was unable to use his computer to retrieve our purchase details! He directed us to customer service on the phone blaming the department for not allowing him access to purchase details beyond June 2023! He slyly used a female staff who just joined her shift, to swiftly helped him in bringing up the purchase on the computer. What is worse is, he had no decency to appologise for his ignorant behaviour!Who is recruiting these unprofessional people? Other staff, by the way, were respectful, helpful, and kind.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I bought a phone here and I opened the box, I realised the phone was faulty and the NEXT DAY I asked for a refund at Wood Green. The manager THEO came and we explain the situation, he was rude and seem like he did not want to help, he said if we open the box there is nothing he can do unless he send the phone for ?investigation? to confirm it is faulty. I agree with what he said and suddenly the system dis not work?They said come back another day.The same day I went to another Argos and they did it for me in less than 10 minutes.

Last time I went to Argos in Wood Green to return my speaker I didn?t like the sound it was hard to return to me because nothing wrong with it but the girl was so kind and she exchanged with other one she made my day thank you so much her name was I vandra ??

Customer service is horrible! Wanted to return my Kindle on the 4th day I purchased it but one of the employees there refused to give me a return even though as I customer I get a 15 day return and on top the product was in excellent conditions, not even been used. I got so frustrated and lost 4 hours of my day!!! I DO NOT RECOMEND ARGOS WOOD GREEN TO ANYONE. Some employees there have such a dismissive and unprofessional behaviour!!

just been served at Argos wood green by a veery pleasant lady called Aurelija, she had a training badge on so assume she's quite new to this store, she was fantastic, polite, informative and exactly how all customer service employees should be, this country need more customer service training because it truly is abysmal not one here but in most of Europe. I live in LA and regularly visit Europe for work and America is hands down the GOAT for customer service, uk is nowhere near. Well done Aurelija, thank you !

Really disappointed in human kind , specially those people from Argos Wood Green, why? let me tell you!Purchased a car for my son 1st birthday , was not what we expected, we open the box and the plastic bag and saw is not what we wanted so we close it back and went for a refund.We explained the situation and simply they?ve said that they can?t do it because the bag is open ! Everything but everything was exactly how it was originally! I?m sorry for not remembering their names , they even turn back and let me talk by myself, been really pissed and obviously I started shouting cuz he was very rude! Was a manger and duty manager , saying that they can?t do refunds without the other one approval, never understood how this work!Never but never I?ll put step in that store , shame on you for ruining my son birthday!

I bought a Acer computer for 600£ last February. The computer gave problems since first week. That I thought was my fault instead it was the computer. Any way I had to request to repair it many times. They took 3 weeks to repair and last time more than 45 days to repair it . I had to discuss with them lot, to request new one.Finally they asked me to choice another new computer to replace it. They had only few choices with them, once I have chosen another one, again they gave me a computer just the box was opened. I cannot trust those people. How they think to sell without seal computer. Who is going to have a responsibility for it if it is not working? Then gave me a voucher in back. Because they have not any other computers with same model. The workers treated me as I was asking free computer. They did not understand no one want to pay 600£ and to bring a broken computer to home. I understood only manager Abdul was the derstandable person . Others treated me rudely. Who go to buy any electronic item spescially be careful. Once you payed they do not care. I payed 600£ it waste lot of my time and days to discuss with them because of that computer and to see there rude faces because of they gave me broken computer.
