Hats off to Tom in store today. Both me and my partner had an awkward query with our existing contracts, my partner was already a Vodafone customer and hers was dealt with in minutes. I was with O2 and apparently O2 couldn't help me in store as they only "sold" things from branch, went into Vodafone afterwards and my issue was resolved within minutes and I'm now a Vodafone customer.Tom was very helpful, friendly and efficient - thanks a lot.

Changed to Vodafone as much better signal than my previous provider. Very good service and the girl who served me certainly knew her job. Can now get a signal at home. Top marks

Staff were polite enough but it took two of them to try to figure out what our problems were, only to have no answer "no records" for this month despite us showing them the transactions and explaining the situation TWICE - Just told us to call customer service instead. Wasn't worth going in ????

Welcoming staff member whom understood my issue that had not been resolved during 6 calls. Additionally 12 hrs within the 8 day period. Promises to fix my account did nothing to give me any reassurances.. still technically and practically the whole situation Is banal . Looking to take this further at a national level.Cannot use all the services that are part of the package.

Nice helpful; we caught them on bad day .But lads did great job very supportive and polite seeing as they were short staff . And they were dealing with a few other things .
