Good customer care and very polite, but all PAYG phones and contracted phones can be bought at a much lower cost along with much better deals (contract) elsewhere if you care to spend an hour shopping around (and these much better deals at a lot lower cost will be the same deals as the ones that you'd be buying directly from EE )

Usually a great store, knowledgeable staff and quick service. However I have been lied to by a young member of staff.A quick call to their customer service line informed me that the information he gave me was false and completely unhelpful.

Unfortunately the shop did not have the phone I wanted and tried to sell me things I didn't want. I contacted EE direct and they were amazing, got the phone I wanted and the 2 additional sims. Plus transfered 2 PAC codes.

The young assistant, but then when you are over 70 all lads seem young, sorted out the problem l had on my phone. He was very polite and talked to me while he was working on the phone. Such a pleasant young man.

I took my A71 in for an MOT ,a very nice lady called Agnieszka greeted me at the door, while my phone was being serviced I decided to look at new stock, on completion of the mot I enquired about the new Z phone (I wish) and said that my ipad was getting old and slow, the assistant told me about the Galaxy TabA7 lite and the deal that came with it, giving it a thought of about 30 seconds I decided to purchase it.

Walked in today with no problems, took out 2 new contract phones as O2 signal around stroud is shocking! Couldn't of been more impressed! Ollie was brilliant, great customer service guys
