I am 3 mobile customer for over 16 year. Yesterday I went to Gloucester shop for upgrade, after sitting with salesman, they took all my personal info including asked my debit card and driving licence and photo copy it and kept it at the end but they failed to upgrade my contact. Every single device I was interested, they said it?s out of stock!! They could not match any price that are online 3 mobile website.I always impress with 3 customer care by calling centre but I was utterly disappointed that actually going to in person in shop was completely time wasting!!Very unprofessional!

Unprofessional staff! They did direct me to call the customer service as usual. I don't get the point why they still employed when they don't know what to do. Anyway, I don?t recommend that store due to poor knowledge and rudeness!!

Poor after service. Came in with my mum who was moving house and 3 was the only provider there so we had to move her to 3 from EE. Sat with the manager for over an hour for a mobile phone and mobile broadband contract. We explained that she was moving in a few weeks and asked what would happen if there was no network. She assured us that if this happened, contact her directly and she would help us resolve and get mum's contracts cancelled.Mum moved - no service whatsoever. Called the Glos store, asked to speak to the manager. Person who answered went away then returned to tell me the manager was in meetings all day and she wouldn't be able to take my call. I called back the day after and explained the situation to someone else who went off to talk to the manager. The colleague then came back on the phone to tell me the manager couldn't help me and I'd have to speak to 3 directly.Absolutely disgusted. Mum is nearly 70 and was so reassured when taking out the contract that she'd be looked after by the manager but once the sale was done and their boxes ticked, she couldn't care less!

Highly recommended.Staff very polite and get you best deal on a mobile phone with the 3 network. They give you 3 options to choose from and you decide the best one for you.Staff very clued up on what they do and answer any questions you want to know like amount of data you use and free texts and calls within the contract you want.
