I want to like this store, but they make it difficult!Always a massive queue to the kiosk, the checkout never seems to be open.Ex supermarket worker here: Please introduce self-scan! It will get rid of the massive queues allowing staff to concentrate on other duties!I'm not sure why this wasn't done at the very begining when you've removed most of the tills. Tesco Express down the road has 2 Self-Scans and I never seen a queue as big as it can get here!From time to time, you can get some pretty good deals, but it can be expensive at times.I love looking through the bargain baskets. The Yum Yums and Wafers are a must!Staff are usually friendly and helpful! Love the fact that there is a Hermes/Evri pickup point, makes it incredibly convenient to send and collect parcels.

I just ordered from just eat and they forgot seven items which I really needed them, I can't contact the driver it's a while bag of things and I kept calling the store but no answer really bad customer service and care never again l

Large, tidy, lovely staff.One of the bigger Co-op stores so there?s a wide variety of goods available.Very well laid out with neat and tidy shelves. Co-op prices are a little higher than other food stores but the quality is usually higher too.Frequently only one till open so there can be a wait but staff are always very cheerful and chatty.Nice to see some of the space is utilised for a charity shop.Parking is very limited though there are some spaces in Windermere Rd.

Advertised as a Hermes ParcelShop. Both in signage at the shop and online. However I have attempted to have my Hermes parcel delivered twice and they have sent it away, when I go in to query, they say that they never had an attempted delivery, but on my Hermes app I have photos of it sitting on their counter before a notification to say it was refused. Useless service from both Co-op and Hermes who are both impossible to contact.

Not sure what the point of the tills are when they hardly ever staffed. Constantly having to queue at the kiosk while six staff stack shelves.Just bring in self service tills like Tesco, so simple.

So slow. Please get self scan. I deliberately go to Tesco because of how slow it is here everytime I do give it another chance. You're losing business. Staff are friendly but never enough on tills

Staff were friendly and there is now a little charity shop. Food I always good and there is usually reduced items or a good deal.

T'was an awful lot bigger inside than I expected it to be from the look of it from the view of the front of the shop.I was pleasantly surprised that they do still give cashback services in store beginning at £5 and above.
